That machine throwing the rocks on the dump truck! 😍 I was also a fan of that diner build. The two seats with the food on the table. So unique!! Awesome video! Glad you had fun 😊

It was really nice meeting you guys! We briefly talked about the Funwhole saloon set. It was great seeing some alternatives to Lego and a lot of amazing builds. Hoping that this event keeps growing bigger and better every year. 😊

It’s great that they allow you. Here in Belgium most brick-expos do not allow anything but Lego. I would think it is the perfect occasion to see other brands and other themes that Lego doesn’t touch (army, detailed architecture, motorized technic sets,…)
It really was great of them to support us in this way. For now, this is not a LEGO sponsored event. However, if this changes, well then things would change. For now, we were so happy and grateful to be a part of it. 🥰

Is that a curling club building? I'm surprised someone didn't moc a curling stone or something. Saw an OG Slave 1 in there (2:51) along with a bunch of other OG Star Wars sets, very nice! I have that set. Also 2 of the OG x-wings because, at the time, I wanted one for home and one for my desk at work. They are... somewhere. Now I need to find them. I also like that hermit crab using a Lego PAB wall cup as a shell, very creative.
It is a curling club building!! A curling stone would have been amazing ☺. There were so may great old sets, yes, lots of Star Wars, and great MOCs. So much talent!! 🥰

Thank you. There were some vendors. There were some minifigs, new in box sets and some sets that were already built for sale.
Maybe I should go to one of these events one day, bring some of my really old sets from 30-50 years ago, ah!

Yup, Halifax is not that big and this was only the 2nd year for this event so a curling rink it is, lol. 🤣 It is Geddy Lee. So much talent, right?
