It's clearly MIDI. Listen e. g. No. 2 (or record it from this video in any recording software like Adobe Audition). It's impossible to play more than 60 seconds with 0.01 second accuracy. If we set the first bar at 0.00.00, the 60th one is at 0.59.99. How do you think, is it possible???
well... it would be basically possible when using the metronome. If you have "click", you can play in tempo for hours. Of course I agree with you. But you don't need a timecode to find out.. :)

No lo quiten. Le dio cases a Lizst ,Chopin y a los contemporaneos ,tecnica para agilisar los dedos ,un sabio.
