The Lufthansa Experience: Airbus A320neo Economy from Kyiv to Frankfurt

For my second review of 2022 I present you Lufthansa's inter-Europe economy class on their Airbus A320neo. I flew from Kyiv, Ukraine to Frankfurt, Germany, a route I have taken many times. Throughout the 2000s the A320 has been Lufthansa's short haul workhorse. The neo is a newer A320 variant that uses less fuel and is overall very modern. Because of this, Lufthansa has slowly been replacing older A320 models with the neos. But has the inflight experience improved with these newer birds? I was excited to find out and today I give the answer to you. Enjoy!

I never understood why Lufthansa is charging much more than low cost airlines when they offer pretty much the same level of service with maybe the exception of no flight delays

I still could not understand the mentality of different airlines. Business class by name but seats are like economy. How many days will it take to change those seats to a slightly better seats like the Premium Economy seats of Eva Air, ANA, and the new Delta seats? I have not tried those yet but look good in pictures. It's so upsetting because we pay over $4,000 and the last legs(RT) over 3 hrs are those kind of seats.
I'm looking at that right now. BC RT from US to FRA and RT Economy from FRA to Athens. Anyway the A320 neo are all economy seats including the BC. Happy travels 2023.

I agree, it's sad especially for those flying business who are not connecting onto a long haul flight. Hopefully in a few years we'll see some new competition that will change this.

Great video! Imo it is unacceptable that the five-star airline does not offer free meals... Btw it's true LH a320neo have better legroom than LO 737MAX but LH old a320ceo have better legroom than this new neo ones 😂
