This is the first video I’ve been able to find with mods to a 7th gen Camry. Just got my 17 and I’ve been looking forever for options for mods.
I’m glad you were able to find the video, and I hope I was able to give you some ideas to do for your Camry!! 👍
@@BrandonStellmach It for sure did! Thinking about wrapping my roof black before adding a thule roof rack on. Can't decide. I have a pearl white too.
@@katrinawamsley924 same bro, I want my car to look like a trd with a black roof and top sides black. And ideas on the wrap?
@@katrinawamsley924 any*
@@joelbautista04 I'm looking into vinyl wrap, gloss black. There's a shop in my local area that can do it for a fair price. I just have to learn more about the upkeep with vinyl. It has to be changed every so often I believe.
As a new modder with this car you gave me lots of inspiration, thanks!
That’s great! I’m glad I was able to give you some more ideas!
I legit binged your videos all day today and purchased a lot of upgrades for my 09 Corolla! Guess I'll be super busy having fun next weekend.
That’s good, I’m glad I was able to give you some ideas for upgrading your corolla!
I love the build it’s nice and simple. Too bad this gen was just left out lol. Not too many people mod out this car for some reason. I think they look amazing. I just got my body kit for my 15. Also installed the same taillights as you. I was also able to find a spyder auto headlights that I installed with it. I also bought a muffler and going to a shop soon to get it installed. Hopefully soon I can get some air suspensions and some nice wheels 😭.
Thank you! 🙏
And I know it’s like everyone who modifies cars looked right past this model, I felt this model has such good potential. And I have been looking at getting the body kit as well for this car, just never wanted to spend the 1,000$ for it.
But it’s awesome to see others modifying these Camrys! 👍
@@BrandonStellmach yea I a bit doubtful about spending the 1k as well but I ended up spending 900 on the mps body kit only due to the fact that the spoiler they provided was the same as the one I already had on the se.
@@ChopikleGaming168 saving $100 dollars is still a good deal! Hopefully I might be able save some money too, because I have seen them discount it for the holidays in the past!

Beautiful!! I think this is the video what I was looking for , get an idea to have some modifications for my SE 15. I really appreciate you man and such as good ideas you had in the Camry! Bravo 👏🏼
Thank you!! 🙏
I’m glad I was able to give you some good ideas for your Camry. You don’t see many people modifying this generation of Camry!
One of the sickesss carrr bro! I got the same car white and everything you have no idea how many screenshots I took! Definitely looking forward to make mine like yours with my own taste, definitely subscribing right now
Thank you! I really appreciate it! 🙏
I just put a pioneer radio in my ‘16 XSE it’s abt 8 inches and it’s very nice, I was gonna get the radio in the video but I went to see if I can buy it from Best Buy and I found this pioneer and feel in love with it. I’m going to purchase my headlights next
Pioneer is a good brand! That’s the problem with the radio I have is you can only get them from eBay and Ali express.
But the headlights are a great mod to do your Camry!
Seeing u paint your wheels black making me want to ,I didn’t think they would look good but seeing yours I know now that they do
Honestly they make a great difference! Definitely recommend!
Love the car brotha, can’t wait to pick up them headlights and the lip 🔥
Thank you!
The headlights really transform this car and make it look way better!
Great video here. I appreciate you for sharing. Loving the headlights and the radio. I have been debating on getting this exact brand radio for my vehicle. But I wasn't sure of how it held up over time.
Thank you!! 🙏
And the lights are such a great upgrade! I love the way they look!
Nicely done! I have the same year. camry and its like the world hates that car. I have been looking for engine mods forever.
Thank you!
And I know trying to find mods for this generation is really hard.
Best way to look for any engine mods is from the 2nd gen Scion TC. As they had the same 2.5L engine.
I like yours videos, u got do a videos like this on 09-10 Toyota Corolla
I did do a walk around on my 2009 corolla: here is the link: ruclips.net/video/zBQk4b4InPg/видео.html
I put a cat back exhaust on my car and loved the performance boost, so I put headers on too. Bad mistake. Because I could not change the parameters of my tune, I was stuck with a rich fuel mixture, high temps, and burning out cats quickly. If you can program your tune, you should be ok, but make sure you totally understand each aspect of her mods before doing it. Mods work great if you can optimize your tune for better and safe performance.
Yeah tuning makes a big difference once you start doing engine mods. Not only do you get more power by tuning, it makes your car run better and more efficient, so you don’t blow it up!
I like.it way better than mine right now. Very clean
Thank you! I appreciate it!
Nice 7.5
I put rep jag style rims on mine, big front brake upgrade and got rid of the factory speakers in hybrid
That’s awesome! I was planning on upgrading the brakes on this car. But I ended up selling it for a Tacoma.
@@BrandonStellmach what engine does it have? Gonna do some power adding to it?
@@LujinCustom is has the V6 2GR-FKS. Which I believe they do sell a supercharger for. Which might come in the future!

That’s the exact headlights I want for my Camry.
Yes these make the Camry look much nicer!

This is a great build, did you replace the diffuser as well?
Thank you! As for the rear diffuser it is stock, other than adding the red pin stripping.
Nice mods! I just got a 2017 Camry XLE V6 2 years ago.

Can you show how the back camera looks in that screen and the link
Here is a link to a new radio I installed in my Camry about 2 months ago. I go over all the features it comes with. And the link for the radio will be in the description of the video:
ruclips.net/video/khlgVLnIDFA/видео.html
I really like that touch screen
Thank you! It’s an Idoing radio!
Cool Camry Brandon
Thank you! 🙏
Just my 2 cents
Remove all stickers
Black out the boot lid spoiler
And voila
Either way this car has some tasteful mods
I have had thoughts about blacking out the spoiler on the back. I think it would look great!
Bought a 2016 sadly I live in cali so can’t do everything I want for the car. Looking at a small splitter and a spoiler something to add a little flair.
Edit: sort worried I have a LE so it may not look as good. Getting it tinted tomorrow. Changed out the stock wheel covers and got some nicer ones. Saving up to change the wheels and go with blacked out rims.
Yeah it sucks to live in California with all their emissions they have.
But I feel a nice splitter and spoiler will make it look nice!
And some new wheels will take it to the next level when you get some!
@@BrandonStellmach stuck between 20” and 18” I think the 18”s would be better as it wouldn’t mess with my suspension but the 20” would look nicer.
It’s sorta tough to find the spoiler and splitter since I don’t wanna go rice for cosmetics I mainly wanna make it look a little sportier and aggressive but still not over the top.
@@bloodwintertales5984 20” wheels won’t mess with your suspension. They just have a very crappy ride. Because no matter what size wheel you have. The circumference of the wheel and tire will always be the same. It just means when you get a 20” wheel you will have a very low profile tire. Which will give a horrible ride quality. I would say do 18” or 19” if you want a better quality ride.
And for the spoiler, why not get a SE spoiler since you have a LE. And for the front splitter there are many universal ones that you can get.
@@BrandonStellmach I was looking at the SE Spoiler and I found a few for sale I like the more simple design but hoping in the next months I can have her looking pretty. After the Camry I’m hoping to get a charger been saving up just don’t have the credit for the charger but can’t wait to have them both in the driveway
@@bloodwintertales5984 I agree the simple designs are much nicer than going over the top with things like that!
But that would be awesome to have both of those cars!
I wanted to know how the ride is with the spring kit ?
The ride quality was pretty much like stock. Really never noticed I was on lowering springs!
I have a 2015 se but my next add is upgrading my stereo and some nice wheels. Future when fuel gets more crazy I’m thinking of just make it into half track car for fun. I’ve own it since 2017 so I just want to keep just with my obs Silverado which is also custom build from choo choo customs
The radio is always a good upgrade! If your interested I have a video of me installing a new radio! Here’s the link: ruclips.net/video/khlgVLnIDFA/видео.html
How's the headlights? I'm thinking about ordering one
They have been good! They give the car a much nicer look!
Camry✈️❤️
👍 👍
Great job!!
The car looks sharp and clean from outside and inside. I have a question regarding the Dastia’s microphone; when making phone calls, how good is this microphone compared to the factory one? (Voice clarity and noise cancellation )
Thank you!! 🙏
And that would be the radios weak point, the microphone is not that good, maybe on the newer updated models it might be better, but this one that I bought about 4 years ago, the voice clarity is not that good, and if you have the AC on you can also hear it in the microphone. But it never bothered me because I don’t make many phone calls in my car!
Would this be great for a teen/new driver?
Honestly this would be a great first car. Very reliable and pretty cheap to maintain. I would say either this Camry or a 10th gen corolla are very good first cars!
i love the setup very simple and clean
Thank you!
I try to keep it as simple as I can but also try to stand out from all the other Camry's!
I have a 15’ se i want to do more with it i owe 5 grand on it. Only issue the crappy radio has been replaced. Replacement is broken been fighting the dealership go fig. Other than that i love toyotas n hondas.
I have heard many people complain about the stock radio. I’m guessing you are having problems with the touch screen not noticing when you press something?
But hopefully they will fix it for you!
And yeah Toyotas and Hondas have great motors. Just when they start putting new things in their cars that’s usually when they have problems!
Those headlights came with halogen bulbs, how did you switch them to led???
Yeah they come with halogen bulbs. But if you want to upgrade to LED. It is a H7 bulbs that fits in the headlight.
Hopefully the deflectors fit 2017
They will fit! Mine is a 2016 and the 2015-2017 are identical!
I have the exact same headlights with sequential turn signals because of you, thanks! My only problem is I can't find a good led bulb to replace the h7 halogens. I've tried about three different brands and they don't seem bright enough at night, especially on the highway. I'm not trying to blind anyone but it seems like the beam doesn't extend far enough. Can you make a recommendation?
I had the same problem with these headlights, I just think the way the housings of the headlights were made, they just don’t produce the best light output. I tried about 3 different bulbs and they were all pretty dim compared to the stock headlights.
@@BrandonStellmach that's unfortunate.. and annoying. I started thinking the same thing but I wasn't sure. Having a white led completes the look so for now I'll just keep what I have in there. I'll still take a recommendation if you have any though!
@@1Pryethe last set of bulbs I had in there were Auxbeam. They were decent.
Sealight has the highest lumen LED bulbs on Amazon. 1800 lumens I believe.
Hello please can you tell me how did you fix LED bulb in headlight I received my this headlight and it’s halogen bulb and seller told me its only compatible with halogen
You can still get the LED bulbs in, but it’s much easier to do with the headlights out of the car, so you can get the bulbs placed in good. Because the H7 bulbs are hard to put in.
I love those headlights, how did you integrate the sequential turn signals in the headlights or do they come with them?
Thank you!
And the sequential lights were something I added onto them. They are just a sequential strip from Amazon, and they are just double sided taped to the top of the headlight.
You giving me breathing problems 😂 but the car is great.
😂 thank you!! 🙏
Made it to the end . How well do the projectors on the head lights work
I would say they are just about as good as the OEM ones, but they do have a weird bean pattern.
This is awesome! Does your screen maintain the original backup camera from the car?
Yes it does!
Are these headlights bulbs replaceable? Saw another video that it’s not bright enough and can’t replace their bulbs for lasfit h11 led bulbs, can you confirm?
The aftermarket headlights take an H7 bulb. Will not fit with factory bulb size.
And you can replace them. It’s just not easy to do in the car.
I recommend you take the headlight out of the car so you can see the back easier when replacing(:
@@BrandonStellmach Thanks for the advice, I didn't want to waste time so this definitely helps. I'll for similiar H7 bulb.
Hey can you make a video which led light you put on and how the process was done ?
If your talking about the aftermarket headlights. They take an H7 bulb. And I would recommend you take the headlight off the car to install the bulbs, so you can make sure they set in straight.
@@BrandonStellmach yes I actually got the anzo headlights . The projector side has this weird bracket
Nice bro. Need to know where you got that emblem from?
The rear one is a metal badge I ordered off of Etsy. And the front one was something custom I made. And took a TEQ vinyl and put it over it.
Where did u get the white light for low and high beam
I just ordered some cheap ones from Amazon!
What’s it called H11? And do they have the wire connected to the bulbs?
@@Gintani_WYA_AMGif you have the factory headlights, they should be an H11 for the low beam, and 9005 for the high beam.
@@BrandonStellmach I have the same one as your but with yellow lightbulbs
@@Gintani_WYA_AMGif you have the same aftermarket headlights I do, they use a H7 bulb for the low beam. And the same high beam bulb.
Very nice build!
Thank you!! 🙏
You give me so much hope on making something out of my daily 2015 camry se, but general question would it be smart to turbo charge the 2.5 L engine with 8 psi and do you have any good suggestions on tuning chips? cause aside from this car getting no love it feels like its just left out of the spectrum for performance and cosmetic mods.
I’m glad I was able to give you some ideas for your Camry. And as for a turbo I know that the Scion TC’s have the same engine and people have put turbos on those cars, they seem be okay. But many people with the TC’s have manual transmissions, so the automatics might not be able to handle that much power. So if you want to daily it with a turbo it might not last long if you are always driving fast! And for tuning, there is nothing that I could find out there. And I agree 100% that the 7.5 gen Camry has been left out and no one modified them!
As far as boosting, you would need to upgrade the pistons if you plan on running anything past 215hp since the pistons are pretty weak. But the transmission is the same as the V6 so you should be ok for up to 300 hp
@@itspapaj4732 do they even sell upgraded internals for this engine?
There’s a video of guy who is making internal upgrades from scratch his selling cam for this engine which I’m looking future to do. But I also heard automatic trans won’t work after flash. You would have to swap out auto to manual. Also there’s a guy who build 1000hp with 2ar block which is insane
@@juliobello4561 I will have to take a look, never knew anyone was upgrading this engine!
Can you show us the headlight installment, I really wanna get some and I don’t wanna mess anything up
They are very simple to install, you will just need to take the bumper off, to make it easier! And they are just plug and play. If you watch a tutorial on how to change a normal headlight, it will be the exact same.
Currently working on gapping the pistons, and porting it for a small turbo. If the combo works im gonna run nitrous through the system if the motor blows I have my replacement one already I’ll let you know how it turns out brotha
That’s awesome! Have not seen anyone turbo this generation Camry!
I know I have seen a few Scion TC’s with turbos!

@@BrandonStellmach ok thank you
Looking at the same headlight. How is the output and beam pattern on those headlamps? Do they come led?
They output is about the same as the stock headlights, and the beam pattern is a little weird. I have tried to adjust them, but can’t seem to get them as good as the OEM beam.
They do not as LED, that I have seen.
Looks good! How many inches off the ground is it?
Thank you!
And if I had to take a guess maybe about 4 inches from the front bumper.

Question you think there’s any front led logo mod for this car ??
I know they sell a generic Toyota emblem that lights up, not sure if it’s specify for the Camry.

The grille and bumper are stock from a SE, it is just vinyl wrapped!

Hi how did you install the led tube light/turn signal lights?? Was it difficult? Like how did you do it???

They are LED bulbs.
What’s the name of the stereo ? Need one for mine.
Since this video I have updated my radio to an idoing, very similar but much better. Here is the video I made installing the radio.

But I do believe they sell aftermarket ones on eBay. Just search for 2016 camry XSE DRL. And you should see them pop up.
Question about your headlights, i read a lot of reviews on amazon about them and apparently they low and high beams are very poor and arent LED and instead weak halogens. Did you have to replace the low and high beams with your own separate LEDs?
Yeah that is a big issue with these. They have a very strange size bulb, I believe H7. You will need to replace them to LED if you want the nice white light. And the high beam uses the same bulb size as the factory headlight.
I have the same camry and love the mods you did on yours it looks really good thanks for the ideas man, do you have a link for the steering wheel wrap and also wanna know what kind of bulbs you have on the low and high beam since i have some nice aftermarket leds on the oem low and high on mine just wanna make sure if i can reuse them on this set.
I’m glad the video has given you some ideas! And I ordered the steering wheel wrap from east detailing! Here is the link: www.eastdetailing.com/collections/infiniti/products/copy-of-2012-2014
And with the after market lights you can reuse the same high beam bulb, and you will have to get new low beam bulbs. Which are a H7 bulb.
@@BrandonStellmach awesome man thank you for taking the time and i hope to share down the road with you the mods on mine as well
@@juanse7844 no problem!! I would love to see your Camry when you get some stuff done to it!!
I got the same headlights today and my low beams don’t work any ideas?
I have a 2015 Camry SE Hybrid and I thought about making some minor cosmetic mods, just to make it more custom. I'd love to lower just by 1" or 1.5" and looked at the lowering coil options, but I don't want to sacrifice the ride/feel. I am not racing it, so I don't really want to make it too stiff or have a rough ride. I also heard that stiffer and lower coils will shorten the life of your struts. So, maybe I will just stay at stock high. However, I added some wheel spacers that made a huge difference on the looks and selectively painted the stock with with plastidip. Coil overs maybe a bit too low though. Any suggestions?
I agree to the coil over option being very agreesive, because I have them on my corolla and the ride is pretty rough.
But on my Camry I have lowering springs, which keep the stock struts, just change the spring to one that will lower the car about 1.5 inches.
But depending how low you go, it will put excess pressure on other parts of the suspension, but if you just do 1-2 inch lower, the pressure isn’t as bad as doing 3-4 inch lower. I have had my lowering springs on my Camry for probably 4 years and I haven’t had any problems with my suspension.
@@BrandonStellmach Thanks for the feedback, Brandon! I also wanted to know how would you rate the ride comfort of you Camry with the new lower springs/coil, from 1 to 10. "1" as for the ride feel on your Corolla with Coilovers, and "10" as for the ride feel on your Camry with stock coils? This would help me to make the decision to get lower springs or some day swap them with complete set of lower or quality coilovers. I bought an Accord 2006 for my son, and swapped the struts to low cost coilovers. But I wasn't too impressed with the ride and high of the coilovers. The highest setting was easily at least 2.5" lower than stock and super stiff (even with 16 click adjustable coilovers). I am not sure if the better quality coilovers can offer a larger range and softer ride.
@@joel.4014 I would probably give the Camry springs about an 8 out of 10. They are very similar to stock. But they might be a little stiffer, but I think only if you are really in tune with your car you would notice it, if not than the probably ride just like stock. I just notice some bumps I hit sound and feel a little harder then they usually are. But other than that they are pretty soft.
Versus my corolla, its like riding on a 2x4. 😂
Very stiff and like you said I have adjusted the dampening pretty much to the soft side and it’s still rough, but I also have fairly budget coils.only paid $500 for my set. So that could be the culprit too. I’m not sure if you went and spent over $1,000 on coil overs is that would make them ride any better.
Does voice recognition also work with that Screen You Added??
No it does not. But if you use Apple CarPlay. You can say “hey siri” and it will work.
Will the grill work with a 2017 Camry LE?
I have heard people swapping out the SE grille onto the LE. They should be a simple unbolt the old one and swap them over.
Do you have the factory DRL? If so how did you get the switchback turn signal to work. Just installed some lastfit switch backs and they work but the white led does not come on
Yeah mine came from factory with the DRL option. And I just bought a set of LED switch backs.
One thing I would try is turn the bulb 180 degrees. The polarity might be giving you a problem.
If not then you have the wrong bulb type. I believe you have a normal turn signal vs a CK socket.
how do you install the front lip? do you have a video?
I just used self tapping screws into the bottom of the front bumper. Sadly I do not have a video on that. But I would either recommend putting the front on jack stands, or ramps so you can easily get under and align it and screw it in.
@ any chance you have a measurement or estimate of the measurement of the screws?
@@Matthew-ry8qnthey were not that long, maybe about 1/2 long.

Yes this is just an SE. and when I bought the car brand new is already had the XSE turn signals installed. It must of been a dealer option!

Looks sweet. This will be my inspiration for my 2017. Any link to the foglights? Thanks
Thank you! 🙏
And the fog lights came with the car when I bought it new. They are the XSE and XLE lights.
🔥🔥🔥 build
👍 👍
Do.the headlight strips turn on with without putting it in drl or do you have to switch them on.
They come on when you turn your headlights on.
i have the same car and trim and model and i’ve been wanting to make my car loud and suggestions on exhaust systems
There really is not any bolt on exhausts for this car, the best thing to do is a muffler delete or some type of aftermarket muffler or resonator replacement.
Nice modifications you did there! Where did you get that entertainment console from?
Here is a link to me installing a brand new radio in my Camry! The link will be in the description of the video!

Brandon where did you get the red strip on the grill or is that like a sticker I have the same car almost identical it’s an XLE but with the SE/XSE Grille
I used red pin stripping, here is the link to what I used.

Headlights look good
Thank you! 🙏
@@BrandonStellmach how was the installation? Have they given you any issues?
The installation was pretty easy and straight forward. And I haven’t had any problems with the headlights themselves.but I have noticed the clear coat started to crack and peel on them, but it’s not noticeable unless you are right next to them. Also I have had them on my car for over 3 years now.
Do You Know If they have the gas cap for the 12-17 XV50 carbon fiber
I have not seen one. But you might be able to find an overlay from another car that should fit. I believe they are universal.
@@BrandonStellmach will the XV70 fit one or don’t think so
@@Gintani_WYA_AMG I’m not exactly sure if it would fit. But they should be very similar.
Nice camry. Like how you build your camry . I got same red badge on my 12 camry . Have weapon r hearders along with a J2 exhaust system an led taillights . .
Thank you!!
And sounds like you got your Camry sounding good. How do you like the J2 exhaust, I almost got one, but they are sold out.
@@BrandonStellmach It is a little bit louder than stock . Not much . The weapon r hearders . sounds great. Have a nice deep tone. It is loud .
@@kennyjdm4912 nice I would love to hear it. You got any sound clips of it?
If so send me some on Instagram. Justa_yota
Thank you. Getting all pictures ready . Hoping to start posting pictures on Instagram sooner than later . I took pictures from stock until present day . My Instagram name is kennyrichards2019. At the moment my page is blank .
@@kennyjdm4912 awesome! Well I believed I just followed you! Hopefully it was the right account! But I will be looking forward to seeing your Camry!!
i got 2 questions how did u get dem logos and can u replace the 17 front bumper with 18
The logos, the front one is a custom piece I made and stuck a vinyl sticker on. And the back one was an aluminum one that was bought off Etsy!
And for the bumper I don’t think the 18 bumper would fit onto the 17 because they are completely different generations!
@@BrandonStellmach appreciate it
Did you paint the wheels? Or did you get them painted? If so how did you paint them? Im really trying to paint them
I painted them myself, and I just used glossy black spray paint cans. And I painted them on the car. If you ever watched anyone plasti dip there wheels on the car; that’s the same thing I did but with really paint and not plasti dip.
@@BrandonStellmach oh damn! They look good to be done yourself! Ima have to do it now
@@jmaglizzy5167 thank you!
And there are some minor flaws, but you don’t see it unless you are really close. But if you are pretty good at painting with spray cans I would definitely say to try it out. Makes a big difference for the look of the car.
Love it - any highlander videos coming up by chance?
Thank you! And sorry I wish I could do Highlander videos, but I do not own one.
yo whered u get the front bumper, ive been trying to look for a lexus conversion or smthn similar that isnt too crazy and thats perfect
It is the stock SE bumper, with just black vinyl!
Where did you get the logo? Would it fit on a 10 gen Corolla?
The front one is a vinyl that i got from someone on a Facebook group. And the rear one is an aluminum emblem I ordered from Etsy.
Would’ve loved to know how much everything costs
I probably should have mentioned some prices! Maybe in the future I can do a cost breakdown!
How are the springs holding up? Really wanting to get lowering springs just wanted to make sure they are safe I have the same year camry.
I haven’t had any problems with them since I installed them. And I have had them on for a couple years now!
