We can notice how the image freezes at the end of his introduction. I think Santana showed this introduction in the screens to start the show (the same introduction he used to start the album “Milagro” also from 1992). Peace.
That's Bill's introduction to the 20 years concert in Mountain View 1986. After he passed, Carlos included it on Milagro and used as opener for the tour. This show is in the same place, so they just did a montage on the tape. There's nothing wrong or disrespectful here.
