I used to work in SF and play in SF now I wont go near the place. From cracked out homeless people blowing crack smoke in my face as I walked to work when I was seventeen years old, to turds floating in the line up at Ocean beach. It's disgusting.
Love my city :)
Born and raised :)
I love it too! Thanks for watching :)
For affordable neighborhood you guys should do a spotlight on Portola neighborhood. IMHO better than miraloma because of walk ability and sun. Also McLaren Park. I’ve lived in both and Portola was surprisingly nice
I agree it is a great neighborhood and the affordable category. We definitely should do a highlight on it. I also like that a lot of the houses there have great views.
Sunnyside and Miraloma are such great underdog neighborhoods, thanks for showing us how great they are!
Yes they are! You're welcome!

Really helpful detailed information when trying to decide where to buy a home.
Glad it was helpful!
How can I become a real estate agent like you and buy a house in San Francisco? I am from there but I now live in Houston. I would like to buy a house there one day .
I'm sure SF would love to have you back! Real Estate has been a great career for me. It's not an easy career to start, but if you stick with it then it can be very rewarding!
@@livinginsanfranciscoca thank you for replying. I know there have been many changes. I will explore my options
Woo! Great video
Glad you enjoyed it
Single family home? Budget friendly? Is this a tent?
We are referring to actual single-family homes and I totally understand that budget friendly is a relative term especially here. Thank you for taking the time to comment.
San francisco is done. Just walk around downtown and take a look around and once you leave california you'll realize Just how crappy things are in SF.
Things are definitely challenging in some places. And in others not as much. Thanks for taking the time to comment.
Bless your heart.
The neighborhood areas are thriving with new shops and restaurants. The traditional tourist areas which are listed in the guidebooks, are not doing as well and are quite empty. The natural beauty of the city and the views cannot be beat. For example, the Presidio, Baker Beach, Crissy field and the surrounding neighborhoods have nice shops, museums and restaurants. These are just a few. The media has focused on the Tenderloin and that’s the worst part of town. That’s just a small area of the city, but the media does not pro it that out, nor do they update their reports on how the city is improving. I live in the San Francisco proper, so I experience it firsthand. I post current pics of SF on my IG account with this same handle. Have a look.
