Thanks!!! I am thinking it will be but i still consulted my buddy who is a mechanic. He instructed me on what to do so i could do it myself. Great friend who lets me use his shop and tools
Them Kohler engines are notorious for failing kill switches, if you're having issues with it running bad or no start conditions, fully disconnect the kill switch first ( both wires). If that kohler don't start on the first or second pull, I go right to the switch when I'm working on them. I don't even use the kill switch anymore on mine, I just shut off the gas and let it drain the bowl.
@@willdavidsonakawd3062 Yup it's the easiest place to start on them Kohlers, after one or two pulls if it don't fire then something is wrong, normally the kill switch or out of gas. They run just like a Honda.
Ha - nice! Sorry about the splitter - maybe your new measuring stick could be used to fix. Wave it around and say, "Bibbity Bobbity Boo" - if that doesn't work, you can use the WD30 2024 (Will with a maul or axe)!
Hahaha you sound like me talking to my wife “if I can get this cleaned up, then I can stack this here and if I can get this cleaned up I can split this here” hahaha congrats on the 500 brother keep pounding 🔥
@ dude you hit the nail on the head. All my friends and family asked me how much I sell, how much I split, how much I make I can’t answer any of it lol. Everything feels like chaos. lol i’ve tried recently keeping the Woodyard in better order and I feel like I’m finally finding my flow there, but it’s still feels like I need more hours in a day. Come January 1 I’m going to start a lot stricter inventory in and out.
If it has it, low oil safety spark cut. Check oil level in engine. Or if its been a few days, Check it anyway. . Water in fuel bowl is another possibility. Water/junk ect in air filter, Bad coil, bad spark plug, or garbage in carburetor jets, are other possibilities. . With a low oil spark-shutdown system, lube oil problems are rather rare nowadays. . Dusting from lack of a air filter, hard part failure from taking it far far beyond 3,600rpm, (i see this on go-kart forums pushing as hi as 8k) or just running it so many hours it no longer has compression. Are about the only real reasons it would need a new long block.
Carb has been cleaned just trying to find the time after a 12+ hour day is hard to do!! I did hear about the low oil thing and i did an oil change so we shall see shortly!!
Hahahaha love the measuring stick.
Im so happy that you enjoyed it!!!
That measuring stick is limited edition for sure! You are very right to! A little bit everyday goes a long way!
Thanks Russ!! I love those drying racks by the stove. I see the pups are too thrilled though lol

Gotta smile every day. I hope you don't have to upgrade your splitter but maybe you can get a sponsor. How knows. Stay safe.
That would be insanely cool but we will have some things to try first
