today we split into spme oak and maple. we have to keep moving thru the pile to get more done so we can get more wood ready for the burning season!!!

In this video i do a change out of the original blades to gator blades on our Honda HRX 21in lawnmower and after that i get right into splitting firewood to get ready for this coming season or next yr!!!

Today we are burning excess pallets we had at work. sadly we had to burn em cuz no body wantred them and we needed to get rid f them. this does break my phone and i did get it replaced the next day!!! Enjoy!!!!

Good Day Will, great Video on the Big Rounds of Oak. I would Split that Oak in Half and then again into 4pieces, to let it Dry out Good. I do like also Big Rounds, and Big Logs. I have pieces or should say Big Logs of Locust and Oak. It's drying in Log Length till I start to cut it, when it gets Cooler. Mean time my Friend, Definitely stay Hydrated, And as Always BE KIND TO ONE ANOTHER. I will definitely be Attending Back40 Firewood with Dan on Friday Night Live this week if only for a Short time.Be Safe, Ron From the Woodyard in Duanesburg NY.
Will, split the outside off first , easier. Nothing wrong w the outfit cept Eagles. STEELERS BABY!!!! Oaks gonna take forever, split it small. Wait til ya get older, you won't touch the big stuff

My neighbors have been hearing me split wood for yrs and they know ive been selling some too. now some have asked if ive wanted to use their backyards to store some and i have taken 1 up on it but the others not yet.. maybe some day though. i'm truly blessed and i don't take it for granted. also some are clients and love the product they get
I’ve got the same splitter, super reliable and helped me split tons over the years. I’ve gotten to the point where it’s the slowest link in the process and thinking about upgrading. Have you found the same?
actually for right now its not the slowest thing in the process. its the not selling enough which is the slowest part of the process. then it does become the weak link ill certainly buy a different splitter

It’s not the heat it’s the humidity. This morning it got down to 48 degrees here and it felt great.

I think you are doing a great job and you're sticking to your plan. You won't have any problem selling what you have. You might need a bigger wood lot for next year though! Be safe, be smart. That kind of heat will wreck a great day easily.

Good video Will. Just remember to take breaks and not over work yourself. Doing a bit each day will get your pile of rounds finished.

You are So a Right on Will. I get down very easy, but have Friends to reach out to for Help. As a Senior at 71yrs, going on 72 it gets very difficult for me to Slow down and with my Medical Problems it gets me Down. Joining the Channels, Dan Back40 Firewood, OWB Joe, Firewood at the Furnace, and Many More. Love the Chats We Firewood People get into makes my Day. Just now today I am returning home from the Hospital for a Pulmonary Embolism. I am Lucky to be here. Now I have to change the way I do things again. I do not have the assets to get a New Splitter but for now I have reached out to Bob Nelson Wolfridge Log Splitters for some Help. With my Faith in God it will work out I truly hope so. Lets us stay together on this, and yes my Friend I do understand what we go through. One last thing Dan is the 1 who gave me the Idea to Cut my Firewood into smaller pieces to fit in my Woodstove. It works great now, as I put 3pieces in it instead of 1 longer Piece. Stay Safe out there Will and if you need anything do not Hesitate to reach out to me or anyone as I am here for you. Been dealing w anxiety issues since '98. Used the lowest dose meds til couple years ago. Talked to new Dr bout it a bit and mentioned I was thinking about CBD. He said I wish you would. Since starting it my anxiety is definitely lower, I sleep much better ( not long enough but certainly better quality), and only taking 1/2 pill. Issues started couple years after Dad died and I was with a chick now known as C Bag. Got rid of her and time helped. But it'll never be gone. Knowing the signs and what it is is really helpful. Now when it hits I'm like , ok do your thing and go away. For me, not much more than 10 minutes or so. And w the farm there's plenty to distract me. That's key, distract yourself. I use physical distraction, works well.
Physical distractions are great and can be helpful in most situations!!! CBD is amazing and when i needed it, id use it for topical and an edible. Helped with inflamation of joins and lower back pain.
@@willdavidsonakawd3062 unfortunately what I use isn't helping pain/inflammation much. If it is, i'm sure as heck not stopping.
