You can lift heavy chairs, couches and move furniture.. 5 gallon water containers with water for squats... Add more water as you get stronger.

I’m a backpacker and am attempting to be more metabolically flexible. In the past while backpacking I just carb loaded for energy throughout the trip. Typically I can burn 5000-7000 calories a day while trying to stay energized on 2500-3000 calories consumed per day. Instead of sugary bars, chews, candy, etc, what would you recommend to keep me energized even though I will experience a calorie deficiency for anywhere from 5-20 days? So glad I found your channel. I’m on day 24 of a keto reset. The first week of little to no carbs was tough. The main reason I started this change in diet is for over a decade I’ve been fighting aches, pains, and tendonitis in multiple joints. Amazing how the inflammation has gone down and I’m mostly pain free now! Thanks 🙏! Love your Primal Kitchen dressing too!

Mark I’m a fan of your content and this is what I do 1 low carb day and 1 high carb day. On low carb I do no workouts and on high carb I’ll do a workout

Your last point pertaining to true polarized training is a key reminder, here. Thank you. I had forgotten this key point in both training and in fueling. If I’m truly training at my highest zone or end to the extent that adaptations will occur, then attempting it the next day is asking for a world of hurt and I would have missed the point of that training day. Thank you!!!
