Hi guys! The green cake is the pandan flavor and that is considered a local flavor to Singapore. Its very hard to describe the taste of pandan to someone who never had it before but for me I would say it smell and taste fresh and delicious! Also it make a great pair with coconut!

wafaa housain it was flavour from pandan leaf, the leaf looks like wild tall grass. I think the flavour was like vanilla mix with salt, kinda.

Ingredients for 12 parts
140g of powdered sugar
6 eggs
50g of sweet butter
250g of cream cheese (Philadelphia for example)
100mL of fresh semi-skimmed milk
1s of lemon juice
60g of wheat flour T45
20g of corn starch (Maizena for example)
1 / 4cc cream of tartar (optional, can be found in specialized shop).
Method
Mix the cream cheese, butter and milk on a bain-marie. Cool the mixture. Add the flour, corn starch, egg yolks and lemon juice and mix well.
Whisk egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy. Add sugar and whisk until bird's beaks form.
Add the mixture containing the cream cheese to the mixture containing the egg whites, and mix well. Using baking paper coated with butter, line a 20cm diameter hinged mold on the bottom and edges, briskly above them. Pour in the final mixture, packing well to prevent bubbles from forming in the cake.
Cover the outer part of the mold with three layers of aluminum foil and place in a larger diameter pie plate. Pour about 3 cm of hot water into the outer mold to form a water bath. Bake everything and bake for about 1:10 at 160 ° C until browning of the upper crust.
