Holy Smokes. After watching the video, I put up a marketplace ad up for one of my new listings. And literally 5 hours later I have an appointment set with a new buyer lead 🤯
This is great for people that have their own listings. How can new agents that don't have the client base or listings yet, leverage facebook marketplace to create free ads and generate quality leads?
Question: at the end you said to have them email or call you...what do you think about including a landing page of the property with all the info on it + lead capture for people wanting to schedule showings?
WOW ive been doing fb marketplace adds for a month now and giving as much info as i can. its been working but not that great. Im going to try using the info holdback method and see how it goes. Thanks for the tip

Hey Nik! Great question man. The best thing to do is leverage other listings at your brokerage! Often times other agents would love for some additional exposure on their listings.
@@Mike_Sherrard I think I was under Categories [Real Estate] as opposed to Sell Something, same happened when I tried to run a regular ad, it go rejected because there was a link or something. Boosted ads no problem so the account is OK

I've never seen an ad get rejected on Facebook Marketplace before... Do they give a reason?
