Thanks! That's what I do. Depends on the group admins though! I would error on the side of not annoying them and overposting if it is a well-run group that's monitored heavily.

If you have a good updated home in a good area that's the biggest thing. Make your ad as nice as possible! Best quality pictures, great punchy emotionally compelling ad description, and get more leads in general. You'll have to sort through many leads to find the top-quality candidates.

Does listing on FB work for furnished rentals or the MTR model?
Yes it can. Although you may have more luck getting in front of tenants seeking MTR posting on STR sites like airbnb.

Thank you! Try editing using the facebook mobile app, it gives you the most options for things like that vs desktop.

Instead of waiting for seven days to renew, will Facebook warn me if I delete and repost my listing every day to keep?
You could probably get away with it, especially if you slightly alter the ad each time but I'd rather not mess with that personally
You need to stop breifly at every point where you are clicking, not be jumping all over the place
Fast but NOT good.
