I'm out with yet another granny square tutorial! This time I will be teaching you how to create crochet evil eye granny squares! 👁️ I have made sure to explain each stitch in great detail, so this tutorial is beginner-friendly and manageable for anyone to replicate! If you enjoy creating granny squares, it is really fun to make a lot of them to create a blanket or cardigan. You can also use different yarn and hook size to create smaller or bigger size, or you can also mix and match colours to create different patterns - it's up to your imagination! 😍

i am not understanding round 2 how did you go from 7 to 16?

2 chains from the first round count as a stitch, so it's 8 in total. In round 2 you have to do 2 stitches in each so 8x2=16. :)

I did great until the last line....you left me to figure it out and I must have done it 5 times until I am assuming I did it ok. I love your tutorials ...but I am a beginner and have to follow stitch by stitch.

Do you mean the very last round for adding extra border? You just have to repeat the same on each side and corners ☺️
