Autel 608 refers to the Autel MaxiSys MS906BT (or similar models), which is a professional automotive diagnostic scanner. While Autel scanners are capable of performing various diagnostic functions and programming tasks on vehicles, the extent of their capabilities depends on the specific make, model, and year of the car, as well as the software updates available for the scanner.
To determine if the Autel 608 can perform Rear Body Module programming for a 2012 Porsche Panamera, you would need to check Autel's official website or contact their customer support for the latest information on supported functions and updates.
Automotive programming and coding can be complex and may require specific software, tools, and expertise. If you're uncertain about performing the programming yourself or don't have the necessary tools, it might be best to consult with a professional mechanic or automotive technician who has experience with Porsche vehicles and programming tasks. Keep in mind that dealer charges may include not only the programming itself but also the cost of proprietary software licenses, technical support, and warranty coverage, which can be factors to consider when comparing prices.
How did you eventually solve this. I have one am currently working on. Same issue? Did you eventually succeed coding it with Autel IM608
