- I had some fun with a DigiTech RP100A guitar processer last night. I went through the 40 presets with a drum beat. My guitar playing isn't great, but it was fun!

I'm just watching this video in the middle of 2022, could you help me tell me what difference exists between this RP100A model and the RP 100 model? By the way good video 💪🏻
I think the A stands for Artist. The version of the RP100 came with a lot of settings that were done by different guitarists. I don't use this pedal much anymore, but once in a while I will pull it out and play around with it.
i still have mine... but it came with an issue since i bought it back in '04. It overheats and dies after an hour or two. 😟
wonder what it would sound like if you put it through the cd/mp3 player of your amp... then split the signal from the guitar on to the front of the amp the other to the digitech and then heapphone out of the digi to the aux in of the same amp
That's a lot of things to try...I just got rid of my stereo amp because it broke.
@@MikeFoerster no the same instrument amp not 2 amps...but you connect the rp via aux/mp3/cd using the headphone out on the rp so the amp is wet and dry mixed... I guess its too much

@@MikeFoerster It will probably not work like I'm thinking... cd/aux signal wet/rp; front dry amp only.. should eliminate the bypass issue at least, if you shut the pedal off or have a preset that is very low, and you just want the amp sound only at one point... but then again how good is that aux in and out going to be bet the bp and the amp that will be the biggest issue now that I think about it

Not yet, I will be using it in upcoming recordings though.
