Great video some great engine at the gala.Nice to see a 9F in action and I remember the Jinty when it was at the Llangollen Railway.No 20 that crew drew the short straw in that weather poor chaps.Shame your battery could not last a minute longer.😂

Thanks Rick. Yes good to see a 9F, too big for a small branch line, shame we can't see them on the mainline. Haha ,definitely no shelter on No. 20. Wasn't too bothered about the battery as it was pouring down.😬

It sure turned wet ,No 20 would not be so nice to drive in that. Hope you did not get too wet, It rained like that where I was and I got soaked.

Turned very nasty Colin. No I was in the train for most of the time, just a bit at Heywood , and at Bury when no. 20 left. No protection at all for the crew on that!

Thanks, glad you like it. I was in the cafe, having a coffee out of the rain and wasn't ready for the train to come in. Just took the shot, and thought it was something different.
