In the song where she says I get older but your lovers stay my age his current girlfriend is only 25 and he is 40 now looks like nothing has changed over the years he is still going out with girls in their early 20s
I've had the line "and I was never good at telling jokes but the punchline goes, 'I'll get older but your lovers stay my age'" stuck in my head for days, so it's funny you say that🤍
How I interpret it, it’s not about him not being over her. It’s about him seeing her after all these years having to retell the story of the pain he caused her…
I think the scene at the end just means that he’s watching from the distance. And he does still have the scarf, there’s pictures of him wearing it after they were done. I think it’s more symbolic of you’ll see this.

I don't understand why people do reactions where it's shortened, there's so much that is missed. There's more to this film than the acting, it's the lyrics, the music, the song.
The argument in the kitchen shows that she was needy also because she is still immature at that time while the guy is gas lighting her the whole time.
That explains the gas stove with the lighting above=swifties believe this theory 😂

Don't make reviews or statements when you haven't checked the history. What is the next song she wrote about Jake?
Well in fairness the purpose of the video is for someone like a boy who doesn't really know or listen to Taylor, to react with his thoughts to the video / song. Also, it's all speculative at the end of the day because Taylor has never flat out said or verified these songs are about Jake. However, it is likely that "I Bet You Think About Me" is another one that Taylor wrote about Jake. In saying that, considering her album "Red" came out a year after they broke up, there's a few songs on there that may be about him 😊

You guys are the first ones who broke that fight scene down properly. They both handled the conflict VERY poorly, but everyone else wants to make it all the guys fault.
