Let me know if you've already tested the app and what are your thoughts on the new features that Flexcil has implemented (and also the ones they're missing at the moment)!
I've been using Samsung Notes but I definitely prefer this. I love that you can have notebooks with covers and not just a sheet of paper sitting there. This ability allows for better customization and organization as well. The only two things I would like to see brought over from Samsung Notes is the ability to set favorite pens and to click through them with the s pen button.
I really love the app, seems so useful and the interface is so clean. I would love to have the sync option developed in the app, since I like seeing my notes in multiple devices, but would give it a try when I can. Loved the video!!
Nice! I've been looking for something more feature-packed than Samsung Notes on my Tab S6. Flexcil looks like a perfect alternative! You should do a comparison between the Flexcil and Samsung Notes
Hopefully Samsung Notes implement some of these features ! Having sync option between my tablet and laptop is a crucial feature that is perfect on samsung notes
I use flexcil on my iPad, and is one of the best pdf editing - note taking app there (with loooow cost, comparing to pdf expert, pdf element,...) I such recommend this app. great video!
Wow, looks soo good. Noteshelf, squid and samsung notes are so frustrating... This app just need auto cloud backup (in both pdf and editable) and then they can take my money
You mentioned the lack of OCR search capability and that is the biggest deal breaker for me. Also I use the easy writing pad feature in Samsung Notes, where I can write large text in a small window and then the text is entered into the main note in a smaller size. This makes writing neatly more easy to do. While not ideal, the easy writing pad automatically scrolls to the right. Contrast the easy writing pad with Flexcil, where one has to zoom in on the whole page and manually scroll to the right and left. While a pop-up document is useful in Flexcil, one can basically do the same thing with the side bar in a Samsung tablet, and using the tablet's capture capability, copy and paste graphics. I'm not sure if it's much more convenient with Flexcil. While users may consider Flexcil's resolution better than Samsung Notes, this is not a deal breaker for me yet since I'm mostly referring to my notes in note mode and not converting to and printing PDF files with Samsung Notes. So far, I've found that while Samsung Notes could be improved upon in areas such as resolution and customization of note covers, etc., across the board, Samsung Notes is more balanced with practical features, despite the compromises with what is offered. Flexcil does have some unique features and is more polished with some of them, but they're not enough to entice me to switch.
I agree! Samsung notes has a more balanced set of features but I'm also glad that apps like Flexcil bring new features that can improve the user experince!!
I came from 3 years of usage of Samsung Notes and I agree that it has more balance with its practical features. What's more, is that all of these features are free unlike with Flexcil where you have to buy the premium to get all the features. What made me switch to Flexcil, however, wasn't any of the feature differences but the response rate of Flexcil in comparison to Samsung Notes. The optimized writing experience Flexcil gives when writing is enough for me to switch. I use my tablet mainly for long writing sessions (from lecture notes, journalling, etc.) At some point, when I write using SNotes, it's comparatively slower, but with Flexcil, it's as if I'm writing in an actual paper (not with the texture but with how fast the writing came seems). I also tested Flexcil the very day I got my tablet and noticed that it was faster than SNotes (so it's definitely not because of my device), but I didn't stick to it at first cause it ain't fully free. 3 years after just SNotes usage, the response rate when writing really got to me, so I made the switch. Honestly, if not for that, I'd probably just stick with Samsung Notes since all of their features are good enough, also most of my devices are Samsung and the Sync to all devices is just so helpful to me. The features ain't as optimized, but it's all enough to get by. However, my switching just because of the optimized writing experience that Flexcil has goes to show that maybe in a note-writing app, the writing experience is the most important thing, and I hope Samsung can improve and polish even just that.
this is the notetaking app to use if you have a non samsung android tablet. edit: other good (in my opinion better) alternative is touchnotes which has basically the same features as flexcil but a pixel eraser and better line editing tools and 3d shapes
the fact that flexcil doesnt have cloud syncing is the biggest deal breaker to me. Touchnotes is good, but there are too many features and the user interface is a little bit too complicated for casual-educational note takers. The best one is definitely Jnotes. it has more features than flexcil, but not as complicated as touchnotes and has a friendly user interface. It also offers cloud syncing.
As always, you're giving us the most amazing content. I really love how you explain everything and gets more and more interesting and so clear. I love Samsung notes, but I'd try to win that full version and maybe make it my main app for college and notes. Thanks and take care.🤩🤗🤓

How to export samsung notes to Windows and access it from Windows?
Hi, thank you for your video, can you let me know whether we can choose a4 size when we note and export it as a4 paper so we can easily print it out if needed. I am looking forward to your answer. Thank you so much.
At the moment, there is no option for choosing the size of the default templates for your notes. If you specifically want your notes to be a certain size, you would have to import a pdf with the template and paper size to then export and print it:)!

Just check if it's visible in Play Store or not. That's how you tell if yours are supported or not.
