Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: Overview for First Time Travelers

- The first Majestic Resorts hotel in Mexico, Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres opened its doors in 2019 and offers a chic all-inclusive getaway. The hotel, which is 20 miles north of Cancun International Airport in Playa Mujeres, offers accommodations in two different sections: the Family Section, where guests of all ages can select from a range of suites, and the Elegance Club, which is only open to guests who are 18 and older. Thank you for explaining this at length. Great video. Need your suggestion , which one is better Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres or Secrets the vine Cancun, When it comes to dining/drinks, rooms and resort entertainment.
Just a quick note about the buildings you indicated were family side vs club side. Family side is only the single building all the way to the left of the map. The center building and right side building are both Elegance Club rooms.

Does the cooling shut off when room not occupied? Pictures of the thermostat? Can I bypass the thermostat so it stays on?

Is it hard to go to excursions since we won’t be in the hotel zone?
It makes it a little bit more of a challenge since most of the excursions are on the other side of Cancun. But there are plenty of transportation options to get you where you want to go in a reasonable amount of time.
Do they offer a shuttle service to the malls ?
Unfortunately, you will most likely have to take a cab.

Question regarding the Yeti cup - Did the bartender use your own cup to make your drink?
They have always taken my cup to make the drink. I have only seen it a few times where they will make the drink first and then bring it to your cup.
