If you see someone who is being electrocuted, you first need to find a way to shut off the power such as an emergency shutoff switch or breaker. Next, you need to remove the area in contact with the circuit and call emergency services. You may also need to administer CPR if they stop breathing. Luckily, as long as you follow the safety requirements (standing on insolated mat, only using one hand while working, not working while drowsy or distracted, and unplugging any appliance when possible) you should have a very small chance to end up in this situation in the first place. But accidents do still happen
