I refuse to believe that the majority of people don't know that they need to unload a gun before cleaning it 😂
America
The "staying low during a fire" was something I learned when I was very young. Our teacher back then told us that oxygen stays below the smoke, as it is apprently heavier, therefore staying low or crawling would lessen the chance of suffocation.
Generally the fresh air is heavier because it is colder.
Technically the more colder the more densely or (heavily) contained air
You want to tell me that 54% of people don't see anything wrong with cleaning a loaded gun?
It's mostly the same 47% of people who don't know to wear dry clothes.
"your mind warns you about danger" my mind has anxiety disorder

@@junipyro6667 yes?
@@ArshiaOudi-ik8wi the first one is ridiculous. There are a lot of other alternatives to "coma". For example, I sometimes wake up amd feel like I can't breathe because I have panic attacks. To some people it can happen because of sleep apnea, for example.
And 2:sure, you can be dehydrated, but it can also have a lot of other causes:stress, poor posture, hormonal changes etc
If you taste something metallic it is probably blood.
You should *never ever* jump or “bunny hop” if escaping a fell power line. Never ever. You could fall and then you’re dead 100%. Move your feet without lifting them off ground
Yea this. There's a different method called penguin walk where you maintain your contact with the ground and slowly waddle your way to safety while keeping your feet to the ground.
@@Empenguinis it not a joke
@@lakshyajakhmola459 It's not, do you know how electricity works?
"If a powerline falls nearby, don't walk" I'm an electrician and I know that you MUSN'T jump in any form because the electricity is going to catch you in the air, you have a grounded floor anywhere if you wear rubber shoes or anything that won't let the electricity through the material, the best option is to rub your feet on the floor to not let the electricity catch you. When you said bunny hop, it will cause the same energy as you walk because the grounded floor defends you and not the air.
You will never convince me more people knew about the door during earthquakes than unloading a gun before cleaning it 💀
2:59
As a person that lives in an apartment, I see this as a non-helpful thing for me to know ;-; (especially that I live a bit high...)
Then here's one:
If you are falling, just use the water bucker before you land 😎
I was taught to not lift your feet off the ground ever during a downed power line, so you shuffle away. Otherwise your legs cease. Thanks OSHA
Shuffle or hop, just don't spread your feet. As soon as you put one foot forward, you're bridging the voltage differential that's running across the ground from the power source, and then ZAP!
I will forget all these within a minute.
"never put legs on the dashboard"
f*** i did that yesterday because i pulled literally both of my quads and hamstrings and couldn't sit still

Inflammable means flammable? What a country.
Haha I thought of this too when It popped up in the video

Amazing how i didnt know everything and i will keep not knowing because i will forget
Why "keep your clothes dry" is in the video and "%53 knew"?? People wear wet clothes is that a thing?
It means to try and keep your clothes as dry as possible when lost or stranded while in low temperature.

About a gun. If its close enough to almost touch you, you have a chance to disarm. if youre far, you can try dodging and looking for cover. But in the middle distance theres no avoiding the bullet
if you good dodger maybe you can chance of it
And youll get hit in the arm instead of chest. At that distance its better to cooperate or pretend to until the gun gets closer
depends on the specific situation ye.
I was gonna say. If you have the chance, take it.
I'd say not to try to disarm a gun in someone's hand, go for the gun arm instead, not the gun, makes it harder to shoot you if you are close, then you can try disarming it

umm so i've always been told that if you ever call 911 by accident, you should always tell them instead of hanging up becuase they will probably think you cant speak or smth, and they can track your location is it still necesary to tell them the location first even though they can probably track ur location?
It’s true that they can track you, but if you give them your exact location with details they might be able to find you faster (for example if youre in your house they can see which house it is but they don’t know exactly where in the house)

They already have probable cause if you act like a criminal.

I think its meant to be an unlit candle that you can ignite in case your car breaks down in the middle of nowhere
3:02 (1%) Baking soda. Those two should be together.
Interesting tips. Also, I heard that if you break your car window using your headrest, you should make sure that you reattach the headrest back to your seat, apparently.
If you are in a situation where you need to break a car window to escape the car, you have more important things to do than putting back the headrest. Get to safety!
