Guys, is Will Ferell the funniest or what? No I didn’t forget Ricky Gervais, he’s way too high up in his own league. P.S. Pierce Brosnan looking suave as always.
My friend was Pierce’s bodyguard for over 10 years He still gets a case of expensive cigars from Pierce every Christmas years later Pierce is one classy guy!
I still think he was the best Bond...I watched all his bond movies n left when he left..that just shows how he played the character so realistically..sexiness at its best
I replayed it and it looks like you're right. He was so close to cracking up. XD Pierce should be in more comedies. Harrison Ford is hilarious in comedies, too.
They felt he was too old to play it and wanted to avoid having an other Roger Moore. People hate on him but he's the reason the series is still relevant today. And of all the actors who played bond he's the only one that wanted to continue, I mean Connery and Lazenby both got greedy and quit, Moore was way too old and they had to beg Daniel Craig to come back for No Time To Die.
It looks like he had 2 more movies in him too. At least his final project as 007 was the video game Everything or Nothing. He really put his all in that!
My favourite James Bond, and the only Irishman (so far!). My Irish sister-in-law's favourite Bond is Timothy Dalton (a Welshman). But everyone out there has their own personal favourite Bond.
Will Ferrell is an acquired taste. I don't really find him funny. He is a one note performer. If you like his schtick, you'll like schtick always. I find him annoying most of the time and am always curious as to how he has kept his career going with just one trick. Reason why I am watching this now.
Oh my goodness! You can just see Pierce Brosnan trying to hold back the laughter! This was really funny! I love Will Ferrell! Both actors are exceptional at what they do!
It's unfortunate that Mr. Brosnan's superb performance in " The Seraphim Falls " didn't get the admiration it deserved. Especially in one particular scene where he is given shelter in a house and after a while breaks down watching the children. Sensitive portrayal of guilt manifesting.
I remember watching him in "Ms. Doubtfire" in a comedic role and after that as 007 in "Goldeneye": you can't tell it's the same actor even though only a couple of years separates one movie from the other. It's easier to connect Charles Shaughnessy (Maxwell Sheffield on "The Nanny") to "Ms. Doubtfire" than Brosnan lol
.. the reason why Pierce Brosnan is so popular is that, he' s a down to earth guy who' s never afraid to laugh at himself, that shit was hilarious !!!! lol
@Tex-1980 Yeap, It would have to be a movie like 'Logan', raw and with the full emotions of the character on display. A 007 who's left his past but his past wont leave him. Maybe an old an enemy could appear from the woodworks.
When i was a kid in the 90s the first bond film i remember watching was live and let die but the one that stuck with me was tomorrow never dies, pierce not only had the great charm of james bonds' character but he was always very well kept with not a hair out of place in the movies and in interviews, he always presents himself as a gentleman and I for one respect that
I fell in love with Pierce Brosnan when I was 11 years old, watching Remington Steele reruns. When I was 17, he became Bond. I was soooo happy his career picked back up after he lost his wife, and that he found love again.... Even if it wasn't with me 😂😂
The 1985 look of pierce brosnan on youtube is just so good. I keep wondering how different my life would have been, if i looked like that. Blessed soul.
.. in an interview, Wll Ferell said that, when he asked Pierce Brosnan to play in Eurovision, Brosnan first said no but, as soon as Ferrell told him he would play the best looking man in the village, Brosnan said : okay i' ll do it ! ha ha ha ha !
Nope, not even close. That guy has only had 1 funny moment his entire career. It was when he was imitating Harry Carey on that SNL skit with Jeff Goldblum... and that wasn’t even all that funny, it was just kind of funny 😕 Ferrell is painfully Unfunny

He used to be my favorite James Bond. Then the craig movies came out and compared to brosnan.. craigs were by far the better series. But man... Pierce fits the look sooooo well. He looks like what james bond should

Craig and his films are my least favourite. But I agree about Pierce. Very "aesthetic". I hope that Matthew Goode or someone like him will be the next Bond.
Damn.. I seriously did not think this was 2020 as I have been binge watching these. Will Ferrell looks amazingly... he was so old and heavy looking on the SNL he hosted last year. I thought this was from 5 years ago. Way to go Will 😎👍
Really hope they work together again soon. The last one I remember was Will's legendary evil boss sketch when Pierce hosted SNL. If you've never seen it then do so immediately
