You need to put a mirror on the inside of your tour pack lid for your wife. She'll use it at every stop. Got to keep the Boss happy!

I purchased the same tour pack rack , Tour Pack and speaker pods from TCMT for my 2017 Road Glide. All their products are quality products and are a fraction of a Price that You would pay for the same Harley Products.

I bought these over the winter to replace a scratched pair on my 22 ultra. They are as you describe. Great quality. You mentioned changing the keys. It is very easily done. Take the cylinder of your original lids (two nuts) and transfer them right onto the new bags. You will then have your original harley keys. I also transferred the harley cloth lid stops as well. You can't tell them from the factory bags. Thanks for the content.

You or your wife will want to get things along the way. I have 2 brothers with trailers and they love them. The wife and I are actually looking into getting one. Keep up the great content. Hey tall just got done watching your video I bought the same stuff for my bike great quality. If you're thinking about a windshield look up mad Stad. They make adjustable windscreens I had one on my 11 road guide ultra and loved it.. Have a safe trip

After months and months doing research on which Harley to get In 2018 I traded in my 2000 ultra classic for a 2019street glide special. I do alot of long haul touring and I wanted something that could carry my luggage like my ultra classic did. So when I got my street glide the first thing I did was order (from Harley)a quick detach and a color matched king tour pack with luggage rack on the top. Now I am all set up just like when I had my ultra classic. But now it's almost like having two bikes. When the king tour pack is on I can travel for days on end. Like being in a cadillac. When not traveling I take the tour pack off, throw on my solo seat and its like a sports car. So I am extremely happy with what I have.

Can you give an update on your tour pack? I have the extend bags already. But I’m interested in getting a king tour pack with speakers so I can get the wife riding more with me on 2021 HD Street Glide. Glide on sir.
U went the hard route lol…
I was shopping the same tourpak and look at many variation and possibilities on the spendings. First comparing it to the actual Harley which comes at 1.9k… Look at all the features and see how I can get the best for my cash.
The version I went with is without speakers and without lights. Just comes with the top rack and the docking bottom plate and the box pre drilled. At least all except for the backrest and the top grilled which I had to do very carefully and once.
Then I began shopping. I had about $50 Amazon credit. But uses eBay on most purchases. I end up spending about $650 all together for the complete H-D speaker installed and wired with Decals all 3 panels. You have to bare in mind the speaker amplifier I already had. Anybody else, well over 8-1000. Me only 650ish….
You will need the lights which will pony up about $100 more for your purchase. You will need the cable harness for the bike which will pony up about $40 for your purchase. The rest are human knowledge at that point and it varies on how much materials you have otherwise it will cost you a little bit of $50 to create a harness or to buy one that’s already made. The luxury I had with so many stuffs I don’t use finally came in handy to create this.
Got the same one but chopped , paid 269 and then 400 to paint billard teal and installed all the hardware

I added the kuryakyn tour pack adjustment bars because it moves it back another 3” to give my wife more room between her and my backrest, also an offset backrest post is nice too for tall guys

I had to get the Roadglide Limited. Can't get out of the garage without my wife on back. Also get the luggage rack for tour pack then you can put a bag on top also.
I got the 5" stretch bags for my 2015 road glide and am SO hoppy with them! My bike is also vivid black, so how lucky am I!!! I do wonder one thing tho. What are the 2 metal plates with adhesive on them for? They came with the bags and I, for the life of me, figure out where they might go????

If you want more storage. Check out the wheeled Rickrack bag that just clamps on the tour pack rack.
With 2-up riding, tour pack, essentially loaded: Any plans to boost the low-to-mid range torque on the Road Glide Standard's 107 engine? Perhaps keep it all under warranty with the HD-SE Stage-2 Torque Cam, or the HD-SE Stage-3 107-to-119 Kit (uses the same stage-2 torque cam)? I'm not aware of any reviews by anyone of the 107-to-119 Kit but have seen reviews of the 114/117-to-122 Stage-3 Kit. If not concerned about warranty, perhaps a Stage-2 for the 107 with the Redshift 468 cam and non-HD Tuning?

Look up adjustable tourpack mounts, will enable you to push the tourpack as far back as an additional 3 inches.
My wife and I are planning a long trip for this summer as well and the extra space has made riding 2-up much more comfortable for both of us.

I have used their stuff and many other amazon type brands for my entire bike. I have denim black and they have that also. I really want a blue bike but the ability to buy cheaper priced items is definitely probably going to keep me in black
Hope the Extended bags have some kind of protection those steel things on the bottom of your bags because I have extended bags on my street light and I have to. Take corners extremely wide or they'll drag

I only ride with my tour pak when I travel but I went with the king tour pak for convenience, especially for locking my full-face helmet inside of it.

@TravelingTall I hope she will love it my wife was scared at first but she has been ride with me since 2017 but I jad to change out the seat and got her floor boards so she would be more Comfortable because the stock pegs aren't all that and they put a lot of pressure on their feet and legs but now she loves to ride all the time also were close we live in Loudon TN and we will ride with you guys for sure and then your wife will fill more Comfortable with more people that ride two up

I married a small woman. She wears small clothes. We can pack for a week using just a regular-size tour pak and have the saddlebags left over for all the crap that would usually be in them.
Bad thing I’ve noticed is when RUclipsrs get things from manufacturers, the manufacturers ensure the product is in tip top condition. However, everyone else receives kind of poorer quality items

To many vivid black bikes out there, I like having something different, but it does suck to have to paint any item you get.
That's true and I'm blessed to have a partner who owns a body and paint shop. He does all my painting, I just pay for the labor and I buy my own paint and clear coat

You haven't checked the price of the tour pack. 😃 Its cheaper to do it this way, but I wouldn't mind having the liquid cooled heads that Ultras have.
