what kind of window with the color palette do you have? what is the name of this plugin, or what is it. I think it's very convenient

That would be the CC Libraries panel! You can open/add it by going under the window menu > cc libraries, attaching the panel where ever you’d like, then making it a new workspace so you have it for later :)
