- Hello all ♥️ In this video I’m making cosy autumn meals inspired by the sudden September rain ♥️ I made a luscious tahini and mushroom soup,a moist banana bread and a rice inspired by the traditional Greek dish yemista (stuffed vegetables with rice)!
We also attended a grape harvest festival and I made a traditional grape must pudding that has roots that go all the way back to the Ancient Greece ♥️🥹 I hope that you will enjoy todays video and can relax with it ♥️🥹 Thank you all for being here and leaving sweet comments,it really means so much to me and keeps me motivated ♥️♥️

Θυμάμαι από παιδάκι στη Σαντορίνη να τρυγάμε στις αρχές Αυγούστου και γυρνώντας από τις διακοπές αρχές Σεπτέμβρη να πετυχαίνουμε τον τρύγο και στο Μαρκόπουλο... σταφύλι και θάλασσα νομίζω με συνοδεύουν πάντα.

The soup looks wonderful!! Never eaten a rice, lettuce, mushroom soup and with tahini it, looks interesting and delicious! That banana bread, oh wow, yes I could have eaten the batter!! Looks incredibly soft and fluffy as you say! The pudding!! Never tasted anything like it, hmm, wonder if its mentioned in my cookbooks, it looks like a delight👌The gemista filling looks delicious , so many wonderful flavors in there!! Thank you ♥️♥️♥️ I’m better now,finally,but it takes a while to be fully healed I suppose 😬 This soup is amazing and very nutritious too ♥️ And it comes together so quickly 🥹 The banana cake batter looked very appealing 😂 Oh I wish that you could try grape mustard pudding! It’s a very unique flavour but the majority of people really enjoy it ♥️♥️ Also I was inspired for this yemista rice by you as we were chatting the other day saying that gemista is the best dish but it’s such a labour of love ♥️ So thank you so much ♥️♥️ It’s so great hearing from you ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Επιτέλους ανακάλυψα ένα κανάλι όπου ένα νέο ζευγάρι ζει απλά και χωρίς επίδειξη.Είδα το βίντεο με το όμορφο φωτιστικό που έκανες αλλά και με την μαγειρική σου φαίνεται οτι τα κάνεις όλα με μεράκι και αγάπη και μπράβο σου.🥰

You should do a Q&A and answer questions that you are comfortable with. Love to know more about you but I also know you want to be a little private too. I've never put mint in a tomato sauce or ketchup, but I am curious about the taste. I usually have pasta on Sundays one of these days I have to try that. 😊

When I do it I’ll be sure to ask about what questions you’d like me answering ♥️♥️ Also I love spearmint in some dishes very very much! And for me ketchup is a game changer and I add almost always in my tomato based sauces! Just make sure to add one tbsp because more can be overpowering ♥️♥️♥️

For the soup dish, does it matter the type of rice used? I would like to know if it would be okay to recreate the soup dish with basmati rice. Thank you.
I used Carolina rice (is a medium grain rice) and even though I really love basmati I’m not sure it would work in this recipe 😕 I hope you’ll succeed,this recipe is amazing and very nutritional ♥️♥️♥️
Πολυ νοστιμη φαινεται η μαγειρίτσα σου! Φαινεται να μην χρησιμοποιησες λαδι, θα μπορω να την φτιαξω καμια μερα που θα κανω αλαδο (λογω νηστειας)
Εβαλα λάδι καρύδας αντί για λάδι για να ειναι νηστίσιμη και βγαίνει πολυ ωραια! Εχω δει οτι άλλοι ‘’τσιγαριζουν’’ με λιγο νερο,αλλα δεν το εχω δοκιμάσει! Γενικα την φτιάχνω αυτη τη σούπα όταν τρώμε αλάδωτα και βοηθάει να νιωθεις χορτάτος ♥️♥️♥️

Are you talking about the rice?? In Greece we have a traditional dish called yemista,which basically is stuffed vegetables filled with rice and baked in the oven,but it takes very long to prepare! So I made this dish to achieve a similar result in the way of taste! It was really amazing and very quick to prepare!
