I don’t understand how the responsibility automatically falls on the man if you’re both adults and have been drinking.
Man, a lot of folks have no business having sex. Most people don’t understand the ramifications of having sex with the wrong person.

I think the reason is, is many factors. 1: the primal need to breed 2: don't want to miss a chance/kill the mood 3: most STDs are curable 4: and its REALLY DIFFICULT to catch HIV if you are a straight man, its hard to get it from a woman.
How about not sleep with people who you don't know!
