➡️ Ingredients:
• 340 grams soft butter or margarine
• 300 grams of sugar
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 6 eggs, room temperature
• 180 milliliters of milk
• 360 grams of flour
• 40 grams of cornstarch
• 15 grams of baking powder
• 30 grams of baking cocoa
• 30 milliliters of milk
• 150 grams of sour cherries
Bake in the oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 55 minutes.
Tip: All ingredients must be at room temperature. Be sure to stir in the flour and milk alternately in portions so that the cake becomes particularly juicy!
➡️ Decoration:
• 150 grams of couverture
After cooling, cover with melted couverture or dust with powdered sugar.
