My favorite is to play against PLA Infantry General as the US. Just use Pathfinders and snipe all the troops they send.
I like how of all hero units, Jarman Kell is the one that makes Kwai exercise caution.
I mean, he is the only Hero that can "Insta kill" any Vehicle to an extent, even Overlords
General Fai also exercises caution towards Jarmen Kell

i would say the infantry general is equally as chinese as him, since they both spam units

General Alexander (superweapon General) challenge mission is a bad case of pre-scripted triggers. If you don't know which of your action/build order trigger what, you'll be forced to restart as most of the time it'll put you in an unwinnable situation. But if you know how, even Hard mode is a cakewalk, but still tough.
Oh hard mode (from my experience, tons of trial and error), if you place your first building in the wrong place, Comanches and lvl 3 A-10 will rushed your base when you barely got 1-2 RPG soldier out of your barrack forcing you to fight them off with just that which is impossible since they already has Missile Countermeasure researched which +50% defense vs rocket (not mention Comanche is quite a hard counter vs infantry), cuz A-10 will always kill your rax 1st, or if you don't have rax, then A-10 will hit your PP (power plant) thus your defense are down, and in case of GLA, a Stinger (if you're really lucky to finished 1 that early at all) won't cut it against that many Comanches, so it's a restart no matter what.
And then, there's a matter about her Superweapon, if you place 1 of your building in the right place, she'll always target that building and left the rest of your base untouched, your only job to stop her Superweapon from wrecking your still-under-constructing army/base is to repair/rebuild your cheapest building in that place before the next Superweapon hit and not place anything else near it until you're able to take out her Superweapon.

I used EMP Patriots and Tomahawk Platforms to get rid of the Chinese Armoured Battalions and few of its aircrafts.

Quit hard boss indeed, but an easy way to defeat him as alexander is to build a lot of superweapons, use the sattelite when all the superweapons had no more CD's and destroy all of the dozers he had, then he can't rebuild,, worked fine for me :)
This guy is such a pushover.
His tanks are so easy to stop. Just use air and base defenses. If you’re using Alexander, the EMP Patriot totally gimps this guy’s units. Townes’ lasers are slightly less effective, but still very strong.
In shockwave, his base is a little harder to assault, due to his AP Gatlings and ramjet turrets, but his tanks are still piss easy to destroy. He still sends his tanks in small waves, allowing your defenses to whether them. It’s sad, too. Played right, Kwai’s tank blobs can really be a death sentence to any opponent.

I fought this guy with Fai (infantry), I bunkered up my base, expanded to the Derricks and bunkered there and then I used Nuke Cannons (at least three) to push along the top, while defending them with A-Helixes and A-Troop Crawlers (I was getting these for free from the reinforcement pad). Once his defenses are down I just continued the artillery push until he was dead. Tao could probably do this strategy as well. Just defending is more difficult for him.

the general challenge mode is hard because every general has a counter-general that kick his ass
My favourite general, extremely powerful tanks, in just 1 raid can defeat a hard army.
Mostly the most annoying General when I fight against him on Hard or at the first Challenge whenever I've challenged him.
He always spams tanks and tanks like he somehow easily chews my Defenses easily using he's single Overlord(Guan Yu) whenever I start to multi-task while struggling to prepare some troops while rebuilding my defense against him.

I only play at hard mode , i defeated this man and all the challenge using General Granger , the air force , and it wasnt even that hard , unlike how i suffered using the infantry general
@bassted666 I beat superweapon at hard, It is not impossible, just very very annoying, you must know exactly what to do and rebuild a lot
