Because nations use nuclear missiles as a threat, not as an actual weapon. Because anyone who uses it will be frowned upon by the rest of the world. Not to mention if you nuke factories and cities, you basically become a war criminal, but those are your high-value targets for nukes.

It's funny how he thinks you're cheating if you use a superweapon, but he has a SCUD STORM FROM THE VERY BEGINNING (Don't use USA's surveillance on it otherwise it will activate early game)
@@DetectiveLevi Nukes are generally not great against the GLA.
@@beback_ You use nukes to soften up the area you wanna push before moving your actual forces in. Superweapons alone are not a threat to the GLA since they can just rebuild it for free if you don't follow it up.

Properly played, you can ensure a 10minute win on maps 6x6 and lower. assuming on 6x6 the game is at least 2 vs 2. rush build gun factory for bikers and send them to enemy base blind spots with workers to build a tunnel network. then you attack from the inside, defenses are always on the outer wall

He's obnoxious, but pretty weak in base game. But In mods, he's usually buffed so hard that it's so annoying to fight against; Contra and Shockwave for example, he's harder but still manageable, but the issue is that he's 10 times more annoying to fight from constant general powers spam, cloaked maps, and permanent invisibility. I think modders doesn't know what to do to balance him thanks to his nature, because I have yet to found one mod that makes him actually challenging to fight, yet doesn't makes him a chore to beat.
