Reaching out to scraped Emails is illegal in Europe. And if you collect them in Person e.g. Restaurant they have to explicitly state that they want Marketing from you or else it is illegal also.

You need to do email marketing for them. Go learn copywriting. It's not as simple as it sounds. You also need to use mail merge and illegally scrape strangers emails without them subscribing. Good luck.

Different aweber account for each client. You pay for aweber with the money your clients pays you. Connect the dots.
