Or at least, street food as instant noodle is the best straight recipe, people don’t need to think whether it’s msg or not, or no worry about cheap and unqualified meat. 😀😀😀
@Leah M except instant noodle literally take few minutes unlike pizza that is time consuming unless you want a rubbish frozen pizza, then it will take lesser time.
i think you are confused with cup ramen. that thing requires cooking as you can see in this video. i mean why are you going to restaurant to have steaks you can just put meat on the hot pan.
It’s not really any different to any fast food though, is it? Have you ever bought fries while you’re out? A sandwich? Heaps of foods bought at the markets/shops are easily made at home...
Cooking with tongs, scissors, and pliers seems very Korean. I can't think of anyone else I've seen using scissors so much in a kitchen. I bought some Korean kitchen scissors just to see what that's about and they were really strong and sharp! Come apart easily to clean. On the other hand, there are really excellent cooking knives made in Korea. So it's still a little mysterious.
Honestly, why would people go out for a pot of instant noodle, with nothing else than a little bit of kimchi??? Like you pay 10 times of the original price, so that somebody else cook it for you?? I mean, there are so many options if you cook instant noodle yourself. You can add vegetables, cheese, egg, meat, sausages, etc. into it, and that barely costs any money.
Obviously your taste isnt in the ramen itself, like many Korean people. Usually Koreans dont add additional condiments to keep the original flavor of ramen. Egg and kimchi is all.
