    I’m not going to lie. Splitting the shell didn’t look like a lot of fun just to change the plugs. Thank You so much for sharing.

    Nice video Bill. I was able to not lift the shell with the 2021 Rally and the '19 600 but with the '19 900 I had to as that electric harness just wouldn't get out of the way. Love this upgrade.

    They make sparkplug sockets that have a small magnic and are 6inch long as well. They work good for most applications.

    Very helpful video! Have you replaced the fuel filter yet? Curious if you plan to film all the services the rykers need

    Where did you get that gauge spoiler? All I can find are the smooth flat ones...

    • @BLRTUNING
      @BLRTUNING  Год назад

      That actually is not a gauge spoiler. It's the adjustable windscreen from brp. We just removed the actual windshield because we were at the drag strip the day before. We've found that the windshield will slow us down a little bit but by leaving the extra piece that covers the gauge we pick up a little more speed on the top end.

    If you had to estimate it, how long did the is whole process take you?

    • @BLRTUNING
      @BLRTUNING  Год назад

      Changing the spark plugs can be done in about an hour once you've done it a few times. Maybe to someone that's never torn it apart before 2 hours. The hardest part is opening the clamshell body that would be the easiest way to change the plugs. However you can do it just by removing the glove box but that makes the job harder because you don't have that much room to work. Opening the clamshell body take some time until you get the swing of it and then you'll be able to do it relatively quickly.

    Hey bill wondering if u can give a pointer, my ryker sat for about 6 months with gas stabilizer, tried starting it with no luck, installed new battery, drained fuel, fresh fill, it tries to crank but cant get it to start. Any tips?

      Did you replace the fuel filter?

      @@BLRTUNING honestly didn’t even think of that, that will be my next step

      Also could be that the little suck that goes over the end of the fuel pump is clogged

      @@BLRTUNING i’ll work on taking things apart today and do an inspection on it c how everything looks

      @@BLRTUNING pulled out the fuel pump, filter looked brand new mind u bike only has 400 miles on it, siphoned out all the gas, fresh filled it, combed through everything again, now it cranks over for bout 2 seconds then dies, could be fuel pump is bad?

    Seems like my 2022 Sport i cannot take the front coil pack out, dunno if the engine was moved towards the rear, but it just doesn't allow me to remove the coil pack at all, the frame tubing is in the way, and i tried as much as i can to try to pry it out, and it just doesn't clear out. I will have to open the clamshell to get that last spark plug out, bummer.

    • @BLRTUNING
      @BLRTUNING  Год назад

      It is definitely stubborn to get to. Opening the clamshell is the easier way to be able to remove everything on top of the motor that you need to get to. When I say it's the easier way obviously it's more work but you'll have access to the entire top of the motor.

    • @BLRTUNING
      @BLRTUNING  Год назад

      I have a couple videos showing you how to open the clamshell.

      I'm wondering if it's a ryker sport thing. I'm going thru the same thing with that spark plug. Just going to have to open the shell back up

    • @BLRTUNING
      @BLRTUNING  Месяц назад

      The easiest way to do it truly is opening the clamshell. It gives you access to the whole top of the motor.
