Great ideas in this video. It made me realize as well that taking along some light, partially prepped netting could greatly aid in setting up quickly as well. Thanks guys... good work.
I have done that. It works but it doesn't add to the texture to your forward line of veg. When I get a chance we are going to show you guys in the field what it looks like. Also will implement the pants technique and show the difference.
Nice addition to the series. Is it counter productive to lower the tripod but increasing the width having the legs further out like a MG mount? Is it better to fully stand if in between would mean to hunch? Idk if it was already covered but how you deal with being in a spot for quite some time, fatigue, cramps, breathing, weather, sunlight position, fluids, input/output, concentration, involuntary shakes/movement? Always eat your veggies.^^

Good question. I have not tested it against thermos. If I get fundage for thermo I will test it.

That's you're call. Vortex sells some fare tripods. But they aren't bombproof. Unfortunately you need to spend coin to get a good bipods.
