I have gotten so many ideas of what to cook for him from your show! I am 70 and somtimes i think i just cant take care of him anymore. I just get so tired and broken hearted watching him wither away. I've cooked cauliflower and make it like potato salad. Make the cauliflower cut the flowetetta out put in bowl til cool then boil your eggs and. Fix them like reg potato salad with 2 green onions mix mayo with a dash of milk cup of cheese and mix all together with salt and pepper to taste make mayo and a squirt mustard mix together and pour over cauliflower yes and cool est it's wonderful my late husband wanted this all the time taste like potato salad cause you put ingredients in it that one puts in the reg potato salad.
