I think it was after FNAF 2 that I got into FNAF, whenever it was getting more and more popular among youtubers, I would have been 14 at the time and I remember loving FNAF 2 when I was younger bc I would just watch my fav creators play the games - now that I've played it myself im not gonna lie it is one of my least fav games in the series to play, but the domino effect fnaf 2 is wild it definitely helped solidify FNAF's place as one of the biggest indie mascot horrors of all time. Happy 10th B Day FNAF 2!

15:48 What's interesting about you saying 'calm down' to your past self is, in terms of you being excited for something, nothing has changed (from a viewer's perspective anyway). You still get excited and happy when acheiving something or when an exciting announcement happens, and that's something I've always admired about you.
I've always been quite self conscious of my appearance and how I get excited over things that other people may view as 'childish'. But you having that same quality has made me come out of my shell at bit more over the years. Your videos have taught me that, even though I'm an adult, I can still be excited and overjoyed about something like a game or merch.

I used to be terrified of FNaF. I'd be scrolling the app store on my iPad and hold a hand on half the screen because I was scared that the FNaF 1 icon would come up. I was scared of the series, the app icons, even freakin Balloon Boy. When FNaF World came out, I was like, "oh okay this isn't scary so I'll look at this". Since then, FNaF has been a huge part of my life

    • @VAnotes2
      @VAnotes2 Месяц назад +2

@@JakovRaicevic Depends, I guess? Like, if I was watching a youtuber react to it, I'd just listen to it (look at comments, cover my eyes so I'm only seeing the youtuber and not the actual analogue horror.) If not and I'm watching the original video (no reactions or anything to protect me from any scares), I doubt I'd even watch it. Though since FNaF World came out, I've become a huge horror fan in general. Past me probably wouldn't even look at analogue horror, while me now most definitely would and do. I absolutely love analogue horror, tbh, though I obviously doubt I would have enjoyed it back then.

I was in 3rd grade when FNAF 2 came out and I remember EVERYONE in my class talking about it. I first found out about the series in a magazine I used to read as a kid, and when I first saw those screenshots, I almost pooped my pants. What can I say, I was just a normal 9-year old girl who was into Barbies, I didn't know any better. I remember being so terrified of just thinking about the game, because, again, I hated horror at the time and it was a new thing for me. It wasn't until 2020 when I really started to get into FNAF as a whole, watching you and other RUclipsrs to kill some time during isolation. I used to binge watch let's plays every night before sleep. FNAF also played a huge part in launching my RUclips career as an animator. Hell, the most watched video on my channel is a FNAF 2 music video, and currently sits at 8 million views. Even though I'm a little late to the party, I can confirm that I was there when it all happened, I knew all the characters, and now, 10 years later, it still feels like it was yesterday. Ah, the memories.

In my opinion, FNaF 2 is the pinnacle of what made FNaF so special and enjoyable. The whole haunting vibe of the pizzeria, the variety of animatronics, the amount of secrets and the community getting together. Also the teasers, they were so cool and so nostalgic to think about now. I loved it all and I still do.
Personally I came into the FNaF community when FNaF 3 and FNaF 4 were the prime games being talked about so I can't claim being a FNaF OG in that regard but man, it feels great to know I was there when FNaF was still in its old prime.
And as for you Dawko I think it was around 2018 that I started watching your stuff so i'm also late to the party but I'm absolutely thankful to have gotten to know your channel and stick around since and it's nice to see how your whole FNaF journey started with FNaF 2 and see how far you've come so thank you for making those theory videos oh so long ago :)

Plays after Withered Bonnie performs the opening kill sequence which then leads to the opening intro. Now that would be beautiful!!!! ✨✨

FNAF 2 was my first ever contact with Five Nights at Freddy’s. My younger cousin was playing it on my grandpa’s computer on Thanksgiving. Foxy was the first thing that jumpscared us. I had nightmares that night.
Then many years later I started watching MatPat’s videos.

10 years is crazy! I've been watching and playing FNAF games ever since the beginning of it all, and watching this video completely brought me back to all of those old theories. It was so much fun back then, especially because it didn't really matter what you were theorizing, chances were people would absolutely love it, and I know at least I loved it, especially Theory Thursday. I watched those videos every Thursday as a kid, and they were always so much fun to watch. I would love to see you make more of these nostalgia videos, this was a trip down memory lane for sure.

So proud to be a fnaf fan for the past ten years, I would give myself nightmares as a kid watching playthroughs and get hooked on Dawko's theories. I remember at the time when there was a theory going round that balloon boy had eyes in his mouth (like a dead kid in there or smth 😅)

Man, 10 years. I’m a FNAF OG, got my start after a friend of mine told me about it and I found Mark’s video. I first came across you when you, Razz, and the Ryans would collaborate to do theories. Fast forward to now and you are now one of if not my absolute favourite RUclipsr. Here’s to you Dawko, may there be many more years to come.

I got into fnaf two years ago but learned about it three or four years ago, both from a friend. I wasn't exactly into horror at the time, and I was only just becoming active on the internet, but I quickly came to enjoy it for the storytelling and theorizing. It's definitely helped me expand my interest and comfort zone, and now I love this sort of thing way more than I would have back then.

One of my biggest nastolgia moments for FNaF 2 is when I was like around 9 years old, I've got my first tablet (devise of course) and when I went to school next day, I took tablet with me and started playing demo of fnaf 2 in the middle of the class, but I didn’t even notice how the whole class surrounded me and everyone watched me play even when the lesson began, the teacher even had to shout at us a couple of times so that we would disperse. Ah, unforgettable memories, thank you Scott! :')

I grew up since FNAF 1. It was because of my two older siblings, now I am a huge fan while they're kinda meh about it. I did see the FNAF movie with my older sister though while my older brother went to see it with his friends. He also bought security breach and is playing it rn. I think I started watching Dawko around 2019 or 2018. I remember because of the first meme review and we're almost up to 50... I was 5 years old and now I'm 15, about to be 16 going into my second to last year of highschool which I'm very nervous about, (those who have done NCEA Level 2 know what I mean in New Zealand.) I really hope that Dawko's channel will still stay afloat in the future because we've already lost Matpat which was pretty sad :( Anyways, here's to hopefully another big 10 years of FNAF!

This will probably fly under the radar but i'd like to speak my mind either way, i discovered Fnaf when fnaf 2 relased i watched some youtuber from my country play it on the day it came out and after that i slowly got into the fandom by the time the 3rd game came out i discovered markiplier (and jacksepticeye on the same day) and since then i was a fan of the games i remember when fnaf 4 teasers came out i was excited and watched markiplier as he relased the fnaf 4 videos and i remember how excited i was about fnaf world but i was watching Smike play through it iirc,
it was only around the time the first sister location trailer came out that i got hooked onto the lore and found out about Dawko, i remember watching those videos where you and razz and 2 ryans theorised together and that got me hooked into the fnaf universe and im still a part of it today, i have been following you ever since and you have always been a comfort person that i could return to every so often. I watched many of your videos with my ex and when we broke up, it was my first real breakup so it hurt like hell you were still there uploading videos that i could tune into and forget about stuff for a bit and i remember how i would laugh when you once pronounced my name on a charity stream as "bummy" i still have that clip saved and it always makes me laugh.
You're the reason my fnaf hyperfixation never went away and the reason for the way i am today :) who knows where i'd be without fnaf and without you thank you for everything :)

I remember during the time around FNAF 2, I had to do a Class project for 8th Grade English just regarding any topic and my project’s topic was a slideshow talking about how FNAF is a really good Scary Series and I had even gotten some of my old friends to even start liking and even enjoying the series themselves as well. Also I do remember watching a ton of Pro Class Gamer along with FuzionZgamer as well and then Fuzion mentioned you Dawko and then I started to watch your FNAF videos even to this day and also I did watch Markipliers FNAF videos as well.
