wow. this was in my middle school days. the start up and sound. good times we did not have high speed speed then it was still to much to afford so we still had dail up back then. high speed did not become cheap tell 2008 thats when we finaly was able to afford high speed now.

so pleasant sounds, as well as those old matrix printer noises
Well of course. Window 10 is basicaly just window 8 but with spy apps, ads apps, marketing apps, surveillance apps. Running in secret in background. Thats why its slower 😂
I was born a couple years after XPs release, and it’s the first operating system I used. I would constantly pop CDs in and watch the visualizers or whatever they’re called in media player go 😂
@@BaconFaceMcGee I was a teenager when I learned BASIC programming on Apple 2 pluses in my high school computer science lab. I was in my 30s when something like this came out.

It wouldn't be too bad if they made these items and products again. They are still usable along with the fax machine and so on. They could make all these again if they wanted to.
Man it’s shocking how much technology has improved in the past 20 years. I remember in 2005 computers would take 10 minutes to start up the ram and the speed of the computer were shockingly slow. We had computer viruses, spyware, adware, etc. and overall it was just total junk compared to what it is now, I thought we were living in the future when the smart phone came out in 2007 and I felt like we were all in the Seibertron future after 2012 when they became more affordable I thought it was cool having an entire PC in the palm of my hand with access to the Internet it’s a shame how we take it for granted now
dude the Energy boot logo is nostalgic, i remember it when i used to boot my moms pc with win xp, and the startup sound is nostalgic aswell. i still remember downloading a windows xp destruction simulator on there and the old windows media player with the cool colorful slides and stuff. now its all bloatware (win 8, 8.1, 10 and 11) and no fun at all, but it had to end sadly..

Windows XP is the best windows out of all. best UI, best sound design and the best errors. I had such good times with windows xp as a kid.
Same bro 😫
Some Here I Think Of It Every Day.
Windows XP were the most user oriented Windows in my opinion. Definitely the most cozy feelings inducing one.
I agree as everything you said but best error, nah goes for windows 98

That tower system had everything. A CD-drive, a DVD-drive and a 3.5" floppy drive.
Also a ZIP drive
@@Aomicplane Ah yes, a zip drive. Forgot about those.
