Can't find transcript based editing on CapCut for mac? ‪@OreApampa‬

In this video, I show you where to find the free Transcript Based Editing Tool on CapCut foe Mac. Many people in previous videos commented on not being able to find it. You don't have to have a CapCut Pro account to use this feature and you don't have to be signed into your account. Let me know if you still encounter difficulties in finding it.
