I really like these, especially the first and last female. I love blacks, contrasts, and pinstripes - so basically, these guys combine all of that. 😍
I love this project! I am actually getting ready to work on a similar project but instead of the black base I am trying to get a solid red base. Looking forward to see what you produce!
Great video Brian. Really enjoy seeing new project in crested geckos.
I really like hearing about others' breeding goals. Makes you think about what you would go for if you were to do it. Even if you never do, it is still fun to think about.
We'll be watching. 👍
In with you i also ❤ the empty dorsal i don't have any yet but ill be working on that
Really like these ! First and last females are amazing ! Hope you get really nice empty dorsals from these two groups !
I'm curious to see how that dark female pairing turns out. I would keep her separated to avoid confusion with second female hatchlings making 100% sure that was her offspring. Good Luck and can't wait to see your results.
Love the empty back geckos! I have one similar, not nearly as nice as yours tho
What morph was the first axanthic crested gecko?
The first one has a partial pinstripe?
So Brian.. is the female I am getting as of today... Is she a kid of one of these pairings? I'm guessing so.. 🤔🥰
Nice set. How much for one of the babies
i want bi color quad stripe
I am curious about how much space you dedicate to a single morph project. Like how many animals, enclosures, how many you hold back vs sell, etc. I have a quad stripe male that i am thinking about starting a project with for fun but don't have a ton of space. Just wondering if it is even possible to get good results in a small space
It depends on the project. Pur smaller projects are around 6 females and 1 or 2 males. Our larger projects are 30-40 females and 10-12 males.
It is absolutely possible to get good results with a small group. Real refinement and progress is where larger groups are helpful.
You need a better camera. Cannot see the gecko when you are holding them
