I’ve been wanting one of those since Dewalt started making this model. Finally bought one yesterday from Arc3 in Charlottesville and gave it to the young man that helps me as a Christmas present. Oh well, maybe I’ll get mine one day 🤷🏻♂️! Merry Christmas!
Pferd is the best name in abrasives. I have one of these DeWalt end grinders, no brushless, but it's 40 plus yrs old and still a beast. Y'all take care...
Basic Science of Brushless motors for AD/DC will be feed the AC into a Full Wave Bridge Rectifier (insert your LOUD Elecroboom voice here) this makes DC with a little filtering. If you feed DC into this circuit you still get DC out which is why it doesn't matter. So you then feed that DC into the Variable drive which is made for it.
i have looked high and low for a right angle 110v die grinder.. as far as i can tell they just dont exist. i still get a lot of use out of the straight version, with burrs and stones and what not, but using small rolocs are almost impossible, and that's the main thing i use my pneumatic versions for. going from a shop owner to a mobile fab guy i need either cordless or 110 now. milwaukee does make a 12v right angle version, but it's a little anemic.
@@keithfleschner4995 i have used those but it still doesnt orient the pad at 90 degrees to the handle. they are handy to have in the grinder box though
Fixed the color! Sorry about the reupload! - Walker
You gave me excuse to watch it again. As I said the first time, the content merits review.
It’s great that Arc3 comes on with you and explains the product they sell!

Look for a flapper adapter 5/8-11 to 1/4 inch turns a angle grinder into a die grinder

Asking? Do you use any other payment type besides PayPal/Venmo on your website? Thanks
