man I'm so glad someone reacted to this show lol
I was wondering if anyone has pointed out that all of these performers are between the ages of 14 and 21! These kids are masters at their instrument and what they do. Most high school marching bands strive to be this good. If you haven't watched it yet, check out Santa Clara VanGuard performing Phantom Of the Opera in 1989 I believe it was
First of all, thank you so much for the birthday wishes as that is the my first Happy Birthday ever on RUclips😁❤️👍. I thought you would like this oldie but a goodie and I am not sure you recognized the music but it was all from the Rock Opera “Tommy” by “The Who” including Pin Ball Wizard which at the time was the only song I recognized. It was very different for The Blue Devils at that time as they had won numerous championships already with Jazz as their genre of choice. You have asked a couple of really good questions as of late, Well one was actually an observation. You asked what happens if someone is unable to march which definitely has happened especially this past year being the first summer back after Covid you had Corps like the Cavaliers Who were forced to leave tour for a week to keep it away from all outsiders and quarantine as a corp… Other cores were hit by Covid but not as bad and you could see some shows where they were missing 8 to 10 people and they marched them with holes and as you can tell by now It is very easy to see when someone is missing due to have perfect most of the spacing is in a lot of the shows when they make their formations. There are alternates that most corps have Who are able to jump in and learn any spot really quickly however when you have a soloist missing it is much harder to fill that void however they will try. Your comment today about how each individual has their own choreography and somehow each show manages To take each individual’s choreography and turn it into a masterful piece of art on the field where everyone’s individual choreography comes together to make the corps entire Visual program and I really can’t think of a better way to put it then how you did🤷♂️👍😁… this may sound silly but I am very proud that you have come this far and understanding exactly what it is those in the community do provide these amazing pieces of art so that we can watch in amazement!! Thank you as always and I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s cavaliers show👍
Watched this show many times at early season shows in Southern California. This year was the last that Tom Float was percussion caption head at the Blue Devils. This show won top color guard too.
You should react to the blue devils 2006 it will blow ur mind one of my all time favourite shows ever
