Fun! My daughter lives on 65 acres in Northern Wisconsin. She hires "Goats on the Go" every spring for a few weeks. They bring about 40 goats and they eat the invasive buckthorn in her forest. I was there one year when they arrived and it was really fun.
Twin flat sheets make awesome drapes. Cut in half. They are already hemmed. Just decide the length you want and finish the side seams and top edge. You can use the no-sew hemming tape or practice your straight stitch when you find a machine. Cheaper than buying fabric by the yard.
What a fun little outing! I think it's the best kind, when you get to have an adventure, but come home to your cozy cottage :) I did cringe a little when you were sitting in the grass! I hope the antibiotics did the trick at keeping you healthy.

Yesterday I came home from another very stressful day at work. I am taking a 5-week pause from my job (I work in healthcare part-time/casual so I control what shifts I take) to slow down and reevaluate my life and my priorities. A lovely visit to Hudson Valley! We here in Lowell see goats at UMASS Lowell at the hill. As we pass on the VFW Highway they are eating their way though all the grass and shrubs that grow their. I think everyone loves seeing them there. Thank you for taking us on your trip.

Oh, Zoey!! Lol, pups can be so stubborn when they don't want to do something! It's taken me 2 years of working with him to get him to cooperate for the most part on a leash. I just wanted to say I was on my vacation in Italy last week and I enjoyed and liked your little vacation more; calm, relaxing, and away from crowds and chaos.
Your video sure made the start of my weekend much better. If you would like to learn to sew, just get an easy pattern and read the instructions several times before you start. Maybe start with a very cheep piece of fabric (so you can just throw it away if it is that bad) . There are a lot of videos on you tube to help you. Once you get started, you will enjoy it. If you make a mistake...........take the threads out and wait for a while or a day to try it again. Stop before you get aggravated. I would love to help, even if I am far from an expert but I live in Florida. I can still enjoy your videos.

Charlie is such a cutie . My husband to 3 different dog shelters in Maine because we were told that a large number of dogs were coming in We were hoping for a chihuahua, but low and behold at the third shelter we came across a stray Jack Russell Terrier named Bella . She had one leg that was healing poorly and had to be removed. She has the blue eyes of a husky and lots of love to share . My husband has a bad knee so he doesn't walk fast or far . Bella is very patient. She moved into our home and hearts . Not quite sure who takes care of who , nut she gives us so much joy .

I write out my dreams so will have to try to find it to see what it was all about. Just watched another video that featured tiger lilies and seeing them in your video makes me want to look up their spiritual meaning as I look to things that repeat themselves as signs....very interesting about the goats being the lawn mowers to inaccessible places...not a bad deal for the owners of the goats who only have them part time and make money off them while not having to feed and care for them 3 to 5 months out of the year! They rent goats out here in RI too. That rust colored faux velvet was a gorgeous color! I just started getting quotes for Italy in October and the villa I'm checking out is only 360 euros for 7 days, + utilities. It's a full 2 bedroom and overlooks a village. They have multiple apts. Not sure how to share specific info on these sites, but I couldn't get over how affordable (and beautiful) it is. I've been following them on FB for a while. I hope your get your Italy trip soon. Hi Kate. I have been thinking about you and Charlie with all the wildfire smoke coming out of Canada. I hope y'all are doing good. It seems where ever you live there is something. I really enjoyed this video. I'm glad you and Charlie got to have a little get away. He is so adorable. I loved the little close ups of him looking into the camera. You two are very blest to have each other. Please tell Charlie my lil' female Shih tzu, Monet said hello and give him some loving from us. I am so sorry you had to have Bella put down. That is just the worst. I had to have my male Shih tzu, Mozart put down. I had him for fifteen years . He had a collapsed trachea. I did everything I could but when he have lost quality of life and wasn't going to get any better, I had to make the decision. The vet was so understanding and let me hold him while we listened to his favorite music and I told him I loved him and said a prayer, thanking God for allowing me to my sweet little boy since he was a baby.Then he was gone. He will always have a special place in my heart. I have him buried in my backyard so I can put flowers out and take care of his grave. I'm sorry for going on and on, he was my sweet friend. Oh, Zoey!! Lol, pups can be so stubborn when they don't want to do something! It's taken me 2 years of working with him to get him to cooperate for the most part on a leash. Your video sure made the start of my weekend much better. If you would like to learn to sew, just get an easy pattern and read the instructions several times before you start. Maybe start with a very cheep piece of fabric (so you can just throw it away if it is that bad) . There are a lot of videos on you tube to help you. Once you get started, you will enjoy it. If you make a mistake...........take the threads out and wait for a while or a day to try it again. Stop before you get aggravated. I would love to help, even if I am far from an expert but I live in Florida. I can still enjoy your videos.

Oooooh I loved your little vacation day!! You have yet again inspired me with one of your videos!💖 I definitely want to go thrift shopping today and I think a little "day-cation" is in my near future! Here in Oregon, there are lots of places that would make a good day destination. I love that you just go out and do stuff by yourself! I have always had issues with doing certain things alone, but I guess if you really want to do something, you should just do it!! And you have your little Charlie too so that makes it nice. I love his little shopping bag he fits in! 😂💖 My little Taco dog is probably too heavy for me to carry around in something like that (he's about 12 lbs)

Charlie is such a cutie . My husband to 3 different dog shelters in Maine because we were told that a large number of dogs were coming in
We were hoping for a chihuahua, but low and behold at the third shelter we came across a stray Jack Russell Terrier named Bella . She had one leg that was healing poorly and had to be removed. She has the blue eyes of a husky and lots of love to share . My husband has a bad knee so he doesn't walk fast or far . Bella is very patient. She moved into our home and hearts . Not quite sure who takes care of who , nut she gives us so much joy .
Thank you for taking us along on your mini vacation...I had a dream where I was sitting out in front of a building that looks like the Vanderbuilt House with some College students! I write out my dreams so will have to try to find it to see what it was all about. Just watched another video that featured tiger lilies and seeing them in your video makes me want to look up their spiritual meaning as I look to things that repeat themselves as signs....very interesting about the goats being the lawn mowers to inaccessible places...not a bad deal for the owners of the goats who only have them part time and make money off them while not having to feed and care for them 3 to 5 months out of the year! They rent goats out here in RI too. That rust colored faux velvet was a gorgeous color! I just started getting quotes for Italy in October and the villa I'm checking out is only 360 euros for 7 days, + utilities. It's a full 2 bedroom and overlooks a village. They have multiple apts. Not sure how to share specific info on these sites, but I couldn't get over how affordable (and beautiful) it is. I've been following them on FB for a while. I hope your get your Italy trip soon. LOVE traveling and exploring!
Hi Kate. I have been thinking about you and Charlie with all the wildfire smoke coming out of Canada. I hope y'all are doing good. It seems where ever you live there is something. I really enjoyed this video. I'm glad you and Charlie got to have a little get away. He is so adorable. I loved the little close ups of him looking into the camera. You two are very blest to have each other. Please tell Charlie my lil' female Shih tzu, Monet said hello and give him some loving from us. I am so sorry you had to have Bella put down. That is just the worst. I had to have my male Shih tzu, Mozart put down. I had him for fifteen years . He had a collapsed trachea. I did everything I could but when he have lost quality of life and wasn't going to get any better, I had to make the decision. The vet was so understanding and let me hold him while we listened to his favorite music and I told him I loved him and said a prayer, thanking God for allowing me to my sweet little boy since he was a baby.Then he was gone.
He will always have a special place in my heart. I have him buried in my backyard so I can put flowers out and take care of his grave. I'm sorry for going on and on, he was my sweet friend. I love your videos so much, you have a peaceful way about you, and Charlie warms my heart. I had a little black long haired Chihuahua he outlived both my parents and became mine. I miss him and Charlies little face reminds me of him.
