  • In this weeks workout, I was inspired to integrate the idea of a few exercises from my Mastering Balance online workshop course to master balance using the Reformer. Balance is a use it or lose it sensory muscle, and as we age we may not find ourselves utilizing this muscle as much.
    Check out the Mastering Balance online workshop where I go over statistics of falling, and a thorough mat flow of balancing exercises to incorporate into your exercise routine. This is a fun workshop with props used such as: small ball, stability ball, yoga blocks and resistance band.
