    I was in their original program, it took about a year to get funded. You then put in some capital of your own and no subscription, liked that better. The profit split of 15% is an insult.

      Hi Tellus - thanks for your comment. You're right - we have 2 products. The €38/month (which requires no live account) is one of them. We continue to offer our brokerage product - which includes the same capital allocation with live capital. Wrt to the 15% - institutional investors pay Hedge Funds 20% success fees. We collect 20% from investors and pay traders 15%. We keep 5% to finance the effort to get the investors - which frees traders from sales efforts. E.g. investors pay 20%, we keep 5%, you get 15%. We currently "insult" the top traders for hundreds of thousands a year. Not bad for €38/month, imho.

    You can take those monthy payments and buy challanges and get way more capital with way higher split. This thing is for the ones that are afraid to take risk and don't believe in their own risk management.
    If you are making only 1% a month, to make 10k a month you need to get 6.7M to make that. So basically be Top 5 in the leaderboard. If you are at that level, you can get funded 1.2M making same 1% a month. Which is more feasable?

    Hello, announcing a maximum achievable average over the long term of 15 to 20% per year, i.e. an average of 1 - 2% per month... it doesn't mean anything to give performance percentages...
    If you don't talk about the risk taken in relation to the capital in %... that's also why a professional talks about performance in R (risk), I won't go into detail on the subject, I think you understand.
    So to conclude, it makes no sense to give a percentage like 20% per year if trader A takes 0.5% risk... then trader B, who takes 1% risk, will be at 40% per year.
    Obviously, the drawdown won't be the same either, but it's perfectly coherent and an achievable long-term objective to average 5% per month with 1% risk.

      @@juancolon2112 Juan I have been searching for more content that can give insight on realistic trading targets. Finding a guru that admits or even knows the 2% a month is the highest level of trading is finding a needle in a haystack. Could you point me in the direction of some content that can shed more light on realistic risk management and not the mainstream "risk 2% per trade and triple your account every month"

    • @johnddonnet5151
      @johnddonnet5151 9 месяцев назад

      @@CashFlow287 risk management is number based not emotion based. Your statement seems emotion based. If you can lose 100k and you trade 100k would you trade 0.001% or 1%? Risk is for you to decide. 1-2% risk number is there for people to not loose all the money they have. But if you have 10k to loose should you still risk 1%? It all depends on your set drawdown. If you have 5% max drawdown set for yourself, based on your strategy backtesting, demo testing and live testing, from your data you can tell how many trades in a row you tend to lose. So if it's 5 trades losing streak on average. You can risk 1% on 3 trades and then reduce to 0.5% on others, until you break your losing streak.
      There are no "realistic" targets, darwin sees 1-2% realistic, because that's the sales pitch "invest with us, earn 1-2% every month" they care more about reducing risk, not increasing profits.
      For you realistic depends on your strategy. What is your RR and WR, how many trades you take and so on.
