The 30 days Trading Rules and rigid risk parameters is actually psychological torture to traders. Prop firms that do that are mostly earning from the failed challenges not from Trading Profits from actual traders.
Journaling & Backtesting matters. Its once you have developed it as a discipline that you can adjust your style in accordance with the restrictions or prop firm limitations.
Great video! I’m attempting to pass the Apex trading eval. My strategy with Nasdaq works pretty well but my mental needed work. I believe this video along with my experience may have helped me iron out the last little wrinkles ❤❤❤
Alejandro helps me a lot and very responsive to my questions. I'm glad I joined the Desire to Trade Algo Nations... looking forward to gain more knowledge from the team! Thanks DTT!
Awesome tips, thank you!! It's my goal to get funded within the next year or so. 💪In one of your mails you mention... Desire To Trade funded accounts allow you to adjust your maximum drawdown to any amount you want (after hitting 5% profit)... What does this mean?
its a hedge fund where people pay for funded accounts 10k,20-25k,50k,etc. you pay for your challenge and attempt to beat it in 2 phases then you will get funded your trading capitol.

That’s true! It’s tough and you gotta take more risk than you should…
30 days is long if you planned it correctly.
@@DesireToTRADE do you think we should avoid prop firm like myforexfund?
why dont you go ahead and get a funded account? show us how to do it?
Thanks Etienne! You're a great help to the trading community! 👍🏻 Keep up the good work!

Totally agree! Thanks for the comment!
Ultracap. 6 months to pass the assessment. Risk is very fair 2% max on any instrument. Brilliant if you trade the daily chart like I do.
You can also alter the conditions of your assessment before you put the money down.

Thanks as always, Etienne. I'll definitely be clicking the link when I'm going for a challenge.
Thank you so much!
5%ers rules are convenient. No pressure of rules.
Their spread/commissions are nuts
You're always helpful Etienne! Thank you so much!
Happy to help!
Great content as always brother. I hope to try your funded account evaluation soon! Cheers!

Would you say prop firm challenges is another way for hedge funds to make money with less risk? Are you running a hedge fund?
