I have given up on CR!!! Mostly just tired of the price gouging! I have followed 2 places that have not sold in 3 years , Every year the price increases!!

That second property wasn't bad and the Arenal area is gorgeous!!! ❤⛰️❤ The entrance and main access of your property should be via a public road. 🛣 I am not sure the Registro Nacional would accept your land transaction without public road access. The seller and lawyers may say it is fine, draw up papers and have you complete the sale but, uh oh, when they go to register it, there may be a problem. 🤔 So sorry, the family already spent the money. 😡 Maybe the laws have changed, l purchased my property in the '90's. 🌿 Can't wait to see the hunt continue. 🌺

there is a whole range of prices depending on if it has a house or close to town etc. just wild land can be bought up pretty cheap.
