This is bringing back so many lovely memories when I saw Tasmania with my father on Seniors Tours, Loved that trip out to visit Sarah Island & the trip up the Franklin where we saw tiger snakes sleeping on logs in the sun & most of the boat customers had passed by without even seeing them. We were in the rear & enjoyed watching the snakes.

Subbed mate you are more than welcome in my books to settle in Australia. Humble Americans are cool as hell and you did your research too. Cheers.

Outstanding video Mr Stephens. Did the same tour back in 2008 with my wife and we both were totally transfixed and captivated by this beautiful part of Australia. Intend to retire there if I live long enough to afford to do that.

I also viewed part 1. I'm happy to discover not only a fascinating and beautiful corner of the world, but also a wonderful filmmaker, Robert Stephens, and an interesting RUclips channel. Thanks to all for your time, efforts and talent. And for sharing them. LL 🙋‍♀️🇨🇦 👏

Not just a well made documentary about the beauty of traveling Tasmania but full of fascinating history. But the greatest resource of Tasmania? The human ones. The locals are interesting, friendly and feed you well. I recommend you watch Part One as well. Thanks to Robert Stephens for a great taste of Tasmania that inspired me to dream and ask more questions. LL 🙋‍♀️🇨🇦

I had no idea that Tasmania was such a beautiful place; that juicy guide in 15:28's not so bad either. Just how I like 'em big and beautiful and a little rough; I'm in love. (smiling)

I find it hard to believe that the government was going to dam this river which would result in obliterating the splendid scenery. Thank God saner heads prevailed leaving this island intact.
