they're very obviously not scripted and are pretty much reaction-based humor, i have no idea what you're trying to get at here

Y'know, I kinda feel like it wasn't JUST the peppermint making it taste strange
It was probably the white chocolate, milk chocolate, fruit rollup, flavored popcorn mix, PLUS the peppermint
It might just be the weird proportion of the flavors because I can kinda see see the flavors (except maybe the fruit roll up, and maybe the peppermint)
I'm reminded of when the F Plus Podcast reads recipes. You just know disaster is on the horizon when the ingredients list begins stretching with things whose flavors you just _know_ will all fight for space.
Hey Ian, I don't usually post on videos since a lot of times I don't have a lot to add to them besides like "Nice Job" or "I liked it!" and those kind of comments aren't something I do. However, I have to say I love your food videos. I've liked all your videos, but your food related ones, especially the ones where you are making something, are becoming my favorite. I love cooking and watching people cook or just make dishes to eat. Even your food reviews are fantastic, you edit those so well and add so much extra life to something that could just be simple "I like/dislike this".

Ian's cluelessness in this video totally made it for me, it was really funny and I enjoyed the whole thing. I don't think I've ever yelled 'No moose, nooooooo!' at the computer while watching a video before, but it happened like three times this vid.
Also the disability story was hilarious.
I laughed my whole entire ass off, complete with the hole. This is the first time I cried laughing/spazzing watching RUclips; for some reason, the part where you visually inspected your surroundings while devouring Poppy really got to my subconscious. I love the chaotic force of your edits so much.

tbh before the nose fell off you had a much more accurate penguin shape than ol' Betty could manage, if a bit comedically squat.
I did start internally screaming when you sipped the peppermint extract, but I guess it could have been worse- when I was little I wanted to know if vanilla extract tasted as sweet as it smells.

I did the same thing to vanilla. I was very disappointed. It's weirdly bitter like raw cocoa.

I wonder if it's better or worse than straight up peppermint extract.
If I recall correctly from cooking accidents later in life, the sheer mintiness of peppermint extract blasts out your sinuses so strongly it doesn't really register as having any other taste, so vanilla is definitely worse.
