My daughter and I made a terrarium based on your videos, and we had most of two plants left over. I have just been watering them in the pots they came in from the store, but this looks like a much better thing to do. Thanks for all the great videos!
Yep. So much so that when my daughter was a small kid she would have plant sales like other little kids have lemonade stands. We only charged a dollar for plant and she madehundreds of dollars in one day.
Would these plants be able to handle being inside a reptile bioactive enclosure which might attain a temp of about 95°F (35°C)? Maybe an idea for you to build a reptile bioactive for a leopard gecko just to show how it should be done without burning out plants?
❌Buy a big pack of fittonoa for $10 (plus or minus). ✅Buy a very tiny pack of fittonia for $1 and propagate. Btw, propagation is a very cool way to buy cheaper. If they don't die.

Q for ya! Can one use Chionanthus virginicus/old man's beard moss for substrate? Instead of sphagnum moss?
I got a terrarium kit it has holes at the top. Was it a good idea to cover them with plastic wrap?
I heard that air circulation is important. If you close the lid, I think there won’t be any air circulation. Can you let me know if that matters?
So do you not use any substrate at all and just use the spag moss?

Do you trim them down when they get overgrown?
Sometimes I trim them & use the cutting for a project or propagate the cutting again
