- Kirk Franklin shares his story in a new documentary about meeting his father. Ironically, today is MY father's birthday, September 16. So I felt it was fitting for me to share my thoughts on the documentary and perhaps I can help someone decide to do the work to be whole.

Rev. Brantley, I am a therapist who also watched the documentary several times. I appreciated your commentary which included your own experience as well as biblical insight, one of the best I've seen to date. We need to have these conversations. Well-done!
Kirk has once again helped more than just himself but other Men ❤ thanks for sharing your revelation for today 🙏
It was so powerful, it set a whole generation of abandoned and unwanted adult children free.
Thanks for sharing your insight and breakdown of Kirk's story guiding us toward self assessment and awareness.
Kirk's documentary was a true testament of God's Love and Plan for our lives
Amen 🙏
Whom the son sets free is free in deed (indeed) my dad's favorite quote and he lived his latter adult life reconciling the transgressions of his parents, which he said the lord revealed to him, his children and our children will carry forth if HE doesn't break the curse in his lifetime. He did that and went to his resting place 2 years ago. I watched the documentary and said, yes dad, we thank you for eternity 😘👆🏾
Bravo, great review sir, much respect to you❤.. I wish you all the best on your path of insight and wisdom 🌹🌹🌹
