    That first shot was a damn good one. Almost looked like it was a reaction shot! Great shooting and great video!

    When you zeroed your optic the crosshair stays off center? Also what distance did you zero it at? Thank you.

    • @yodeldogdown3141
      @yodeldogdown3141  Год назад

      Yes, the screen is digital so when you move the crosshairs for your zero, it moves on the screen. Most of the time your don’t notice it because you don’t have to make big changes for your zero (if mounted correctly). I always zero at 100 yards and typically like to hit 1” to 2” high for the longer shots.

    Pretty cool at 3:30 tell me the details... time and did you stalk them or hearvthem beforehand?

      We were set up close to a bluff overlooking a big creek bottom and started with a howl, then moved to a serenade and they lit up about 200 yards behind us on the bluff. We ran to the other tree line and looked back and they were there in 30 seconds! It was roughly 11PM when it went down.

    Great footage! Are you happy thus far with the TS35? I’m really considering this thermal. Thank you for any info!

      I am very happy with the 35. It was also my first thermal and I cannot complain at all for the money. The picture quality is great for its price point.

      I have the agm 35-384 and it is a great thermal for price point. I have taken 14 yotes with it since january 3rd when i got it. I would have 20 plus if i had figured out lead sooner on the second yote fleeing after i shoot the first.
      You get one good bump in power on this unit. I run it in 1x when scanning but once a yote is coming i bump it to 2x when i shoot. You may want to try that. I think it makes a huge difference on 200 to 300 yd shots. Im making those with ease.
      I have always been deadly on running dogs with a day scope and wiith this scope i hadnt been leading enough. I find you need 5th-6th hashmark on front of chest in 1x. In 2x it is the middle of the end bar on the crosshair
      I like that same reticle you use because i use the verticle hashes for hold over . The first hash is 425 yds for my setup and halfway between is 350 yds for my setup. 300 yds crosshair on hair of back

    How far out can you identify a coyote with this scope?

    • @yodeldogdown3141
      @yodeldogdown3141  Год назад +1

      I would say 300-400 yards depending on your experience with a thermal!

    Don't be fooled by all the slick adverts on this cheap stuff. Failed everything I graded it on. Like wishy washy customer service. Lack of visibility for cross hairs on fast pickup. Not able to couple to my full size scope... Yes I reviewed their best according to a vet in customer service. But he never lied to kudos. A waste of money if doubling for self defence
